bypass daily menu -

I used to suffer uti and they said its because I was not drinking enough and to increase it by a litre of water a day and since then not had a uti
 
B: myprotein shake with SS milk S: banana L: four seafood sticks, two babybell light and two Melba toast S: protein bar S: two babybell light D: bit of a random selection... Prawns, peas and four oven chips with a little light mayo... And then half a pack of fridge raiders as I didn't have enough prawns. Drinks: water, milk before bed Exercise: 20 minutes brisk walking /jogging /running on the treadmill, five minutes on the arm bike, 15 minutes on the exercise bike.

I didn't cheat when I posted my food this time yesterday so here goes...
Breakfast - small banana abd 2 babybel
Lunch - chicken and coleslaw half wrap. Pear
Snack - small banana
Tea - made sausage casserole for tea. Made yesterday so can eat when I get get in. Will have a bag of noughts and crosses too.
Loads of coffee and water.
 
How are you today Paula? Any closer to an answer? Last year my best friend had an appendicitis, we all knew what is was, but she ended up being in a hospital bed for 7 days, before the doctors actually decided to operate. Im ashamed to say it eas the hospital with both work in!

No not yet, still waiting on blood results and urinalysis. It's the dithering that annoys me. I'm taking 30/500 co codamol 4 x daily and I'm still in pain. I think doctors are just apprehensive to refer/admit people to hospital these days, as beds are scarce and they want people off the wards ASAP. Plus they're scared of making mistakes.

Doesn't help me much though. But i have managed to eat today, so here's my menu.

B - 1 crumpet & laughing cow.
L - Tuna salad with 2 tsp of salad cream.
T - Home made Bolognaise & 4 gnocchi.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas ribena.
 
Been bad today... Didn't eat enough and then tried to cram it all in in the evening. B: one chicken sausage, one turkey rasher and a few tablespoons of low salt and sugar baked beans L: six seafood sticks and two Melba toast D: rump steak with peas and grilled mushroom, also two chips from my fiancé's plate... Naughty! S: two babybell light S: protein bar Drinks: not enough! Mainly water, milk before bed. Exercise: 25 minutes, about 8 or 9 kilometers on the exercise bike. Tomorrow will be better with eating.
 
Had my blood results and my inflammatory markers are very high. I'm being admitted to hospital for further investigation :-(

Bad food day for me.
Breakfast - banana and 2 babybel

Lunch - chicken coleslaw homemade wrap
Tea / snack / crap. Ate some homemade onion soup plus bag of mcoys crisps at my parents. Came home and have eaten a kit Kay and mouthful of mash.
Then a slice of toast. Not all together but a general graze over 3 hours.
Off work till Tues as at a wedding and going away fri-mon with hubby so not going to be great as will be drinking.
Have to have a better day tomorrow!
 
B- oatcake, butter, chicken bovril, coffee
S- handful popcorn, squash
L- chicken thigh, coffee
S- shortcake finger (at mum and dads) tea
D- 2 table spoons shepherds pies mince with tiny bit potato
S- ice lolly, rest of chicken thigh, skips
 
Sorry to hear this Paula, but I hope they find out what's wrong now.
 
Hopefully they will now get to the bottom of what's going on with you. Wishing you a speedy recovery Paula.
