bypass daily menu -

Breakfast - Half a tuna sandwich.
Lunch - Chicken in a cheese sauce with sweetcorn and a new potato.
Dinner - Same a lunch.
Snack - Mini Cheddars. The other half of the tuna sandwich. A mini babybel.
Tea and water.
Dog walking and a bike ride.
You are doing amazingly hon :)
 
B - Fage with grapes & strawberries.
L - Crumpet with marmite & laughing cow.
S - Doughnut peach.
T - Home made chicken fajita. 20g cheese.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas ribena.
 
B: myprotein shake with SS milk L: sliced roast beef, baked beans and some mushrooms S: protein bar D: sirloin steak, peas and grilled mushroom... Couldn't even eat half of it so the rest is for tomorrows evening meal. Drinks: water, tea, my usual milk before bed.
 
Today -

Breakfast - Raisin wheats.
Lunch - Udon noodles with beef, veg and thai sauce.
Dinner - Beef and veg stew done in the slow cooker.
Snack - Grapes. Satsuma.
Lots of tea and water.
55 min walk with the dog.

Tip for anyone who likes walking or exercise and wants to build up the time. Download a audio book to your Mp3 player. If the book is good it makes you stay on/out longer as you want to hear the next bit :)

T - Homemade lasagne.

S- milk, haribo, three squares chocolate

D BEEF STEW (CARROTS, PARSNIP, TURNIP, LEEKS, POTATOES, PULSES, BEEF, N 1 MINATURE DUMPLING

TEA, WATER
 
B: one slice of back bacon and one chicken sausage
L: tuna and sweetcorn with some lighter than light mayonaise
S: fridge raiders
D: same as lunch, only with a bit of weight watchers grated cheese on top
S: babybell light, one Melba toast
Drinks: watered down orange juice, water, cup of tea, options hot chocolate before bed
Was going to exercise today but had a real bad throat, getting a full blown cold. Could my immune system be weaker now because I eat less?

Could well be, it takes the body quite a while to settle down into a routine and start using what it needs to it is difficult to get everything from food now so that's why its important to eat healthy and take all your vitamins an dhave B12. All of these start working together and keeps the body working but you can feel very tired, usually leading upto B12 lots of people feel tired and also people have stated about problems with their teeth, my teeth have generally got worse since I hit 40 always have to have something done so watch out for that as well. I think of our body working using our food for fuel and because it has little to burn up and make into energy and keep our body working it hasn't got time to heat us up that's why we are always cold. Just my interpretation. ha x
 
I think a lot of people I've known have had issues with immunity. I have had a major illness which I never had before, Fuffs was saying that she was ill a lot and I know Shelleymarie has had issues. My GP said the fast weight loss can knock our immun e systems.
