HI all sounds like everyone is getting to grips with their eating habits, Yve is right you have to make sure you get your protein in, along with your fruit n veg. We all like carbs well I will put money on the fact that most of us used to eat a good few carbs, like we have said previously if we eat our protein 1st we eat most of our veg and then we have little or no room left for the carbs which stops us overeating. I have some antibiotics I am back on again where I have to take them 4 times a day, but they have to 1 hr before food or 2 hours after food. Which is sometimes difficult to fit them in. Sounds ok but its not really especially when I am at work. Breakfast is easy have that and a cuppa tea then hour later have my breakfast. After that it all goes tits up haha cannot get them correct. Some days ok some days not. Have a lovely day all.
