B - Fage with grapes & strawberries.
L - Beef sambal.
T - 125g sirloin steak, French beans & pepper sauce.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas Ribena.

T - Same as above.
S - 1 Terry's chocolate orange segment.

Hi everyone. I had a nice surprise today. I've lost my gain I had so back at target and should get a loss at SW this week. Another big milestone coming up - just another pound and I will no longer be obese just overweight lol. I'm excited about that :)

Breakfast - Scramble egg. A satsuma.
Lunch - A ham sandwich with nimble bread.
Dinner - Lamb steak with roast potatoes and mixed veg.
Snack - Apple. Satsuma.
 
Fantastic Shelley. I'm still really struggling at the mo but have a plan of action in place.
 
After 6 painful weeks of stall, body playing with the same few pounds, I've (officially) dropped 8lbs - phew! I had begun to think I had actually stopped.

B: sausage, bacon and beans.
L: Pork and bean soup.
S: 3 chocolates.
D: Roast chicken dinner.

Beans, half a sausage, and 1/2 an egg
Lunch and dinner combined:
Chicken fajita with veg and some sweet potato.
Later on:
ham and cheese and a yogurt
Snack:
2 malteasers
Handful of nuts

Water, milk, gingerbread latte from starbucks and Oj.

just wondering if the gingerbread latte caused any problems - want to try it (and the nutty one) but scared of a public vom'. its the sugar i guess im worried about as i struggle even with watered down J20.

I was fine with it but tend not to dump on stuff like that so not sure if it will be ok on you considering you can dump on j20. Give it a crack though. Enjoy!! Was nice xx

Cracker wheat, cheese, ham and onion chutney, cucumber sticks - petit filous
Snacks throughout day:
Apricots and prunes, raisins, handful of nuts
Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable broth with a spoonful of pasta

Drinks:
Water, oj and a coffee and a protein shake

Breakfast -alpen bar and 2 babybel
Lunch - small bolognase with bit of spaghetti
Snack - apple and banana
Tea - Sunday dinner small plate
Snacks - wot sits and 3 rich tea
Loads of coffee black, water and 1 weight watchers got choc.
Was doing well until after tea.
 
B: 2 boiled eggs, 2 bacon rashers and ketchup.
L: 1 babybel and a glass of milk.
D: Homemade chicken noodle soup with small slice sourdough.
P: Yogurt and cherries.
 
8lb off this week. 5 of that a regain so very happy with that. Haven't lost this much since the early days. I'm no longer obese!!! :D
 
That's brill Shelly. I have lost 2lb do 12.4 now.
Breakfast - weetabix biscuit
Snack - banana
Lunch - chicken breast, garlic sauce and salad
Snack - wotsits
Tea - curry
Snack - 3 digestives
Drank lots today. Lots if coffee and 1.5litre of lemon flavoured water.
