I really fancy a slice of malted toast with an egg on top!! Any suggestions how long I should wait to try toast? I'm 10 weeks out.
Hi All, hope you are doing well. Been having issues with my phone so behind on my menu's. Took everyone's advice and started eating more regularly, the weight is on the move again; 6lbs lost this week. YIPPEE!!
Yesterday's;
B. WW Greek yogurt, 10 cashews
L. 3 bacon eyes, 2 egg yolks, slice malted toast ( no crusts)
D. Baked cod fillet, spinach, tiny bit of cheese sauce
S. 2 slices beef
S. 2 Belvita oaty biscuits
S. Handful cashews
Fluids: 3 herbal tea, 3 tea, latte, 1L nas ribena
Thanks Claire. It's really weird how the mind works, I say I've had a stall, but have still lost a stone this month....seems to be every 3 weeks I have a huge drop then nothing....very frustrating but can't complain!
Hunger continues...... B: greek yogurt and berry compote. Slice toast. S: ryvita minis and cream cheese dip. L: s/w thin with chicken in a yogurt dressing. S: apple, skinny latte and 1 chocolate. D: bolognese and pasta. S: weight watchers brownie.

S. Pint semi skimmed milk
Fluids. 3 mugs tea, 1 herbal tea, 1L nas Ribena
No I dumped/slept loads in the 3rd-5th week but haven't dumped since then that I can remember!! I used to have the munch bunch yoghurts early on and was fine, so weird that I dumped on it today. Was too sweet anyway so I shan't bother again!!
