bypass daily menu -

Hi
Breakfast - cereal bar and banana
Lunch - cheese salad with some nuts and beet root. Lovely. Followed by savory chilli sun dried crisps.
Snack. - banana again and a pear
Tea - will have pasta filled with spin inch in sauce and some grated cheese on. Already made it yesterday
Snack - low fat hot choc
Will try and stick to this today by only having this for tea.

Sounds good to me, can u manage two bananas in a day ? Wow!

Put 4 pound on this week, its very definitely a pattern, so really doesn't phase me anymore.

Had a terrible week, wont go into it as its just all piled on top of me a bit.

B: Greek yogurt and granola.
S: Apple and 3 squares chocolate.
L: Chicken, ham and cheese with pickle.
S: Chicken with salsa and guacamole.
D: Macaroni cheese and sausages.
 
That's it just carry on that's what I had to do but by talking to myself on here helped me xx some days I post my melas and some days I don't. x

I love bananas. I can eat anything. Just pace it out and don't have a lot when I do eat. It was either a banana or going to the little shop for crisps.

Yep bypassed on 22 feb 13. Was 19 stone 4 before pre op. Am 11 stone 4 now, nearly a year out. X

O wow, I was 19.5! Now 17.6 n have by pass or sleeve tomo!!!! X well done you. What size clothes r u now?

D. 1/2 gammon. Peas. Cabbage. Yorkshire Pud.

S. 2 square chocolate.

Coffee. Tea. Juice. Squash.
 
B. 2 Belvita oaty biscuits
L. 1 cracker, slice of chicken, WW coconut Greek yoghurt
D. 3 slices beef, apple/walnut/raisin salad, morrocan cous cous
S. 10 jumbo cashew nuts
S. Large glass milk

Fluids. 2 mugs tea, 1 herbal tea, 1L nas ribena
 
Yesterdays Menu:
Breakfast: 30g Kellogg's multigrain start with semi skimmed milk
Snack; mullerlight Greek yogurt (coconut)
Lunch: melba toast with houmous, strawbs and rasberries
Snack: salt and vinegar chip sticks crisps
Fun size chocolate bar
Dinner: (home made faijita) 1/4 of a large flour wrap, with chicken and peppers and onions cooked in a Mexican mix, grated cheese, dollop of salsa, dollop if guacamole, cucumber and spring onions.
Snack: pepperami and a few pick and mix sweeties

I really fancy a slice of malted toast with an egg on top!! Any suggestions how long I should wait to try toast? I'm 10 weeks out.
