Do you cope ok with such a high sugar brekkie? I have avoided sugar as I'm so scared of dumping :(

Fwiw that would make me go to sleep so I think you're probably right to avoid BL

It would make yawn and yawn for an hour. Not good with biscuits in particular.
 
I could eat that no problem!
 
I could eat 2 but would have a hot flush shortly after, when I get upon a morning I have a cuppa before my breakfast which comes bout an hour later but as soon as I have that cuppa I have a hot flush. Lots of food and drinks do that to me xx I have not dumped in a while nor do I want to. xx

I'm more inclined to snack at work I've noticed. There's always nice things hanging around the office. I'm trying to curb it, as I'm so scared of regaining :-(

Hi Butterfly. I have found the biscuits are the only thing I can tolerate early morning (before 11am) and seems to aid eating later in the day also as I feel less nauseous. Before I had the biscuits I was having a milky coffee, which I now have at night and sleep better for it!

Weird how we are all so different. I haven't tried anything else sugary....still too scared to try a teaspoon of sugar in my tea! Those days are gone methinks!

ceecie, try having a small coffee and then eat half an hour later. The biscuits won't give you any of the nutrition you need :(

Thanks Yve, I've tried from day one to have a light breakfast to no avail. I think this is linked to 20yrs plus of working nights. Eggs, yoghurt, porridge, bran flakes, fruit.....all comes up before 11am and leaves me feeling yuk for the day. Dietician advised not to eat porridge now due to texture so I opted for the oaty biscuits.....do you think they may be the reason I'm still not losing?
 
Try a black coffee first. And then whatever you fancy. Those biscuits have a lethal calorie count so it might not be helping.

Ceecee, the biscuits are not the worst thing you could be eating for breakfast. They are quite calorie dense, but nutritionally they have a place in a balanced diet. As long as you take that into consideration, I cant see them being a problem. My suggestion is to have just two with a yogurt or some cheese to balance them out a bit. I have them with cheese triangles, yum yum.

This early time is about finding out what works for you. We are all different.
