I'm more inclined to snack at work I've noticed. There's always nice things hanging around the office. I'm trying to curb it, as I'm so scared of regaining :-(Todays menu B 1 TOASTED TEA CAKE L SHREDDED BEEF, 2 MUSHROOMS AND 3/4 SMALL ONION AND 1 TOMATO ALL STIR FRIED WITH FRY LITE D cHICKEN BREAST CUT UP IN A STIRFRY - EASY TO TAKE FOR WORK . S FOR WORK GRAPES N PEAR. HAVE RYVITA N PEANUT BUTTER IF WANT TO CRUNCH ANYTHING. SOMETIMES GET THE CRUNCHING URGE. TEA, COFFEE WATER. I FIND IT HARDEST AT WORK WHEN IT GETS TO ABOUT 8/9 PM THATS WHEN I fancy stuff. Bed at 12 thank goodness.

ceecie, try having a small coffee and then eat half an hour later. The biscuits won't give you any of the nutrition you need
Thanks Yve, I've tried from day one to have a light breakfast to no avail. I think this is linked to 20yrs plus of working nights. Eggs, yoghurt, porridge, bran flakes, fruit.....all comes up before 11am and leaves me feeling yuk for the day. Dietician advised not to eat porridge now due to texture so I opted for the oaty biscuits.....do you think they may be the reason I'm still not losing?
