Well it was my anniversary on the 22nd. Went out for an Indian! Had a starter which was nice. Been struggling but maintaining of late. Still go between11.4 to 11.6 So in a year I gave gone from a size 24 to a 14. Bad habits are back so going to continue yo with weight. Also not had a drink for a month and tempted to pack in for another month. I only drink once a month as it is , but tend to get sloshed and can't cope with the hangovers. Anyway... Menu B- aldi go ahead biscuits 3 Snack - banana Lunch - prawn and crab stick salad with beet root and coleslaw Snack - pear and 2 digestives Tea - home made soup and two fish fingers
Happy anniversary mine too today. You've done brilliantly to get to a size 14! That is still a long way off for me. Your menu sounds nice, keep at it and well done again x
Hello all Breakfast - banana Snack- t- cake Lunch - prawn crab stick salad Snack -aldi go ahead biscuits Tea - aldi ready made pasta in spicy tomato sauce Going to have hot choc later. Car broke and only got scrap for my lovely 04 Golf on Fri. Gutted. Engine gone. Got new car today but it's not the same and gutted about having to pay for a new car when I loved my old one. So my monthly clothes shop will have to take the hit. Good job I am maintaining oppose to loosing. Hope everyone ok xx
Oh no!! I loved my Golf also, but had to upgrade as it was a V reg....best car I've ever had!! I couldn't bare to sell it, so I gave it to my mum as a little runaround to come and visit me without Dad!! Ha will still see my baby!!
