bypass daily menu -

Well girls bad shift last night hardly any sleep at all, up from 2am breakfast at 6am porridge and banana 8am pear 2 ryvita.

came home went to see parents just back from few dyas away. She had bought me a chocolate éclair.

lunch was 3 hotdog sausages onions and a small bun

1 small hot cross bun

all naughty carbs

There is a custard slice with my name on it but not guna eat the pastry just the custard out.

Up my friends to night for wine bring it on xxx start again tomorrow x

D. Lamb and beef curry with onions and sultanas, chapatti

Fluids. 3 mugs tea, latte, glass milk, 1L nas Ribena

L:mozzarella sticks a couple of chips
D:roast chicken, a tiny bit of stuffing, 1 potato croquet, salad, sun dried tom cous cous and mushrooms
S: couple of squares of dairy milk with daim in it.

B: None as had a lie in til almost 9am then out for an early lunch
L: ate out had 1/4 grilled chicken breast 4 chips and a few peas
D: few cubes of cheese & 6 baby plum toms
 
Breakfast: lucky Charms with milk (yes i know full of sugar but i don't eat them regularly and i stayed at my sisters and she only has loads of kiddie cereal for my niece so thought as a one off it wont hurt) Late lunch/early dinner: homemade italian meat balls in a homemade tomato sauce without the pasta, i also had a couple of slices of fresh mozzarella and my family had garlic and chilli king prawns on a bed of rocket salad and i had one prawn and a little rocket! I had a vitamin B12 injection on Friday, having one a month for 5 months and then 1 every 3 months.
Doctors says I wasn't too deficient so no need for 1 a week for 5 weeks just once a month.

Breakfast: Multigrain Start with semi skimmed milk
S: pack of salt and vinegar chip sticks and a couple of handfuls of cashews
L: ritz crackers and brie cheese
S: ww cherry yogurt
D: lentil, chorizo, potato and broccoli broth
S: cracker bread with ham and cheese and tomatoes and maybe peaches and custard??

Hello all, dropping in for an update. Had a lovely birthday/anniversary/annual leave week. I ate to maintain only, and had 4 meals out, so naturally I have lost 2lbs! LOL, always happens. I've been hitting the gym and had 5 40-50 min sessions in the last week! I am so much fitter than I realised. I said at the beginning of all of this that I wanted be fit and active, and I am definitely enjoying it. Only problem is that it makes me more hungry! The scales in the gym say I am 13st 6lbs, but I'm sure they are well out. Mine say I'm 14st 2lbs - again.

B: Greek yogurt, grapes and granola.
S: Protein shake.
L; Chicken, ham and blue cheese foccaca.
S; Handful peanuts.
D: Sweet and sour chicken stir fry with noodles.
P; Baked apple and custard.
