hAD TERRIBLE CRAMPS WHEN WENT OUT FOR LUCH HAD BUSCOPAN BEFORE I EVEN ORDERED ANY LUNCH, 15 MINS LATER SETTLED DOWN VISIT TO LOO, ALL WELL. wOKE UP AT 2:40 THIS MORNING STRONG CRAMPS IN TUMMY AGAIN, CAME DOWN HAD 2 BUSCOPAN PAINS REALLY BAD, FELT LIKE I WAS IN LABOUR TOOK BOUT 15 MINUTES TO SUBSIDE BUT DID AFTER GOING TO THE LOO, ENOUGH TO GO BACK TO0 BED. 1ST STOP THIS MORNING WAS TOILET. hAD BREAKFAST AND HAD NUTHA 2 BUSCOPAN THINK ITS GUNA BE A FEW DAYS ON THEM TO SETTLE IT DOWN AGAIN. NOT NICE X

Bad new ladies my bit of tooth came off, whilst eating my lunch. Nothing to solid had beans and 2 frozen fishcakes oven cooked. So now the dentist will be able to see straight away whats wrong am in night shift tonight so hoping and praying I heard him say last time he had removed the nerve. My tummy still not well it didn't enjoy the luch grumping straightaway had my buscopan off too loo. Juts had a nice cup of tea, feels more settled again. fingers x

L: cheese and onion sandwich in oatmeal bread (no crust) pack of monster munch
S: m&s small pack of melon, grapes pineapple
D: lentil broth with carrots, broccoli and potato, 3/4 activia fat free raspberry yogurt
A couple of terrys chocs from a selection box (was my brother in laws birthday, didnt have birthday cake)

My tummy seems a lot better today for now anyway ad a lot of back pain in lumbar region lastnight on my left side. BUt has gone today had my tooth sorted as well. Bad news was very little sleep my night shift didn't go to plan had the police and never got to lie down til 3am up again at 5 sleep over just far to tired will be nodding this afternoon tomorrow am doing a 24 hr x Praying my belly and back stay ok as they are now, was beginning to think I had an infection of sorts x
