Lol one lb this week I have had a nasty cold, no idea if that makes a diff. Didn't take cold medsSorry, I meant how much is little weight loss?
Your weight is pretty low already, and it my understanding that revisers do lose quite slowly. Ive been doing a lot of reading about metabolism after weight loss recently. Its seems that current thinking is, that once you have lost a substantial amount of weight, your metabolism slows below the level it would be for someone of the same weight/height who had never dieted. So consequentially it may be that we need 10-20% less kcals to sustain our bodies than standered bmr calculations. Because your bmi is relatively low, your bmr would not be very high anyway. So the amount of calorie deficit required to loose every pound will take longer to achieve, if that makes sense. A pound a week seems pretty good to me, its healthy. Your diet seems really good.
So this morning I got on the scales and it didn't say 91kg, like its said for the last 8 weeks! It said 89.5kg, that's 14st 1lbs. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement, finally broke into the 80s. Before I started the gym a month ago I had my body fat percentage measured. It was 40.7% then, and now its 37.2%, which is a whopping difference (not sure how accurate it is, but I'm still encouraged by it).
