No snack as didn't get lunch till 3pm .... worked on a ward that didn't have lunch breaks :(

V bad chest infection, terrified will end up back in hospital as last time lungs collapsed and was in intensive care two weeks :(

Sorry to hear that Maymoo, have had many bad chest infection my self sinc ei was little, but manage to keep them at bay now, used to take a lot of zinc gluconate helped boost the system, been a couple of years since my last one used to have more when people smoked indoors in shops n pubs etc, am much better without that. Take care and get well soon. xx

D leeks in cheese sauce and 3 pieces of oven cooked bacon

L - child portion jp & chilli , ate 3/4 of it
D - ham , onion & pepper omelette

Tea , squash
Milk before bed
May have snack later

Eventful day at work on two hours sleep n sugar free cough syrup - only started hallucinating on it - spiders my biggest fear I was terrified it amused my office colleagues no end!

S throughout day, 1 ginger snap, small piece of corned beef pie took off pastry, 1/4 of fruit scone
water, tea, coffee
 
B - total 0% , strawberries & granola
L - smoked mackerel salad
D - chicken tikka masala , 1/3 naan
S - ham wraped around lf coleslaw

Todays menu
B Cereal n ss milk, glass of prune juice
L Jubilee party at school- 1/2 fruit scone, 1/4 rock bun, crisps, spoonful of egg custard with out pastry, 1 tuck biscuit. not the best but could have been much worse.
D Mince with peppers, tomatoes, sweetcorn and onions, garlic, chilli.
Tea, coffee, water
S 2squares of dark chocolate, 1 vodka n o juice
week off school, celebrate!!!!!
 
I'm on a diet:
B- scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
L- Pack turkey chunks, cucumber
D- Pork loin, lettuce, cherry tomato, frozen fage yoghurt with summer fruits in
S- 70g pack of wafer thin chicken
Drinks- NAS, .5 pint skimmed milk.

121 grams protein and only 21g carb. No Friday treats today as i'm trying to kick start my wl.

L: LF soft cheese and LF pate
D: pureed beef stew
S: soya yogurt
2 litres of NAS, 1 cup of tea and whatever I manage in the pub tonight (water and coffee)

Lunch - three crqbsticks on salad leaves with lf Cesar dressing
Dinner - two ryvita thins lf Philly, three crabsticks

Snacks - fresh shelled peas, soya beans
