I think I found last weeks weight loss as I've managed to shed a rather massive NINE AND A,HALF POUNDS THIS WEEK !!!!!!!@!!

Thanks chrisa, its made up for feeling so awful, I think its because I've git fluids up whilst I'm ill - around three litres trying to flush out the bugs! Still having my three meals a day so its not that I've lost my appetite xx

Am off out tonight for a special jubilee mealdeal at our local Italian, with friends and my daughter, 3 course meal with glass of vino and coffee-just know I won't be eating much of it, wonder whtas on offer, hope its something I don't like, haha xx should be gud laff tho. xx

Yes I was looking for them today in Asda, only saw them as part of a salad, did you say you roasted them, are they just like beans but green and bigger? Can you buy them dried to cook?? xx
 
They come in a pack already salted and oven roasted like nuts - I do like steamed soya beans n in the pod with sea salt at yo sushi lol xx
 
Would they be with the packed dry nuts then had a look but couldnt find them also looked where the raisins etc are but no look only found the fresh ones but they were mixed with somethingelse and classed as a bean salad. Will keep looking ta xx
 
I think where I pick mine up there are nuts seeds n dried fruits - classed as a healthier snacks section xx
