I'm doing ok, the weight is slowly moving down again after a long lull, so thats good just it is very slow now. Trying to stick with less carbs but it is difficult, I miss carbs. xx
Todays menu-
B small bowl of cereal and ss milk, glass of prune juice
L 1 York.pud. carrots, cauliflower, spring cabbage, pork, apple sauce, stuffing.
S 2 ginger snaps
D 1 ham, salad grapes
Breakfast - nothing had a lie in
Lunch - slow cooked lamb escalope in minted gravy, spinach, baby corn, sugar snaps, tbsp mash
Dinner - breadless sandwich with ham, cheese, spinach, pickles, lf mayo
May have some strawberries later to make up for no brekkie
B - ham , onion & pepper omelette
L - chicken salad
D - chicken curry ( what I didn't manage last night )
S - mini oatcakes & red onion marmalade ( from my graze box )
Todyas menu

S gingersnap
D frozen yor. pud. cabbage, carrots and cauli with mince
Breakfast - glass fresh oj made fifty fifty with water
Lunch - three wholemeal melba with lf Philly, three crabsticks
Dinner - minted lamb escope, steamed baby corn, sugar snaps

B toasted bagel with peanut butter, glass prune juice
L Pork salad,small, grapes
S prune yoghurt
D cauli,carrots and cabbage with mince and frozen yorkshire.
water, tea
Breakfast - five small strawberries, pot shape zero fat apple crumble yoghurt (amazeballs)
Lunch - three melba toast with lf Philly, four crab sticks
Dinner - breadless sandwich, two slices ham stuffed with chopped pickled onions and gherkins, lf cheese, light mayo - handful podded peas
Seriously folks the shape crumble yoghurts are amaze
I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone who posts on this thread. It has become my bible in the last few days and I am constantly scribbling down ideas. As someone who has just had the bypass, it is fantastic to see all the different ideas of what to eat and it gives me so much hope.
Keep posting .... I love it! And once I'm at the 5 week mark I will be posting along with you!
Yesterday
B: yogjurt
L: LF pate and LF soft cheese
D: tbs homemade fish pie, small cauli floret and 3 bits of carrot. Managed almost all of it over about 45 minutes. Was really pleased.
S: soya cappucino which made me dump; they must use sweetened soya milk. :cry:
