B Pineapple, small slice of mss bread, glass prune juice at work
S ginger snap
L very small portion of rice with peppers,sweetcorn and onion, very small portion of pasta with onion,tomatoes sweetcorn, n bacon, both made by different groups so have to try little bit, 1 prune yoghurt
D 1 scrambled egg and 2 bit sof bacon
tea, water
 
Breakfast - five small strawberries and shape zero fat rhubarb n crumble yoghurt
Lunch - three melba toast n lf Philly three king prawns homemade seafood sauce
Dinner - four griddled scallops, balsamic glaze, steamed baby corn and sugar snaps
 
B - total 0% , strawberries & granola
L - ham salad
D - morocan chicken & couscous
S 1/2 graze portion ( same as yesterday )


Water , tea , milk before bed

B 1 slice of ms bread with scraping of butter, glass of prune juice
L Coleslaw, cucumber, tomato all chopped up, prune yoghurt
S gingersnap
D chicken, mushy peas, 4 chips
1 meringue nest with strawberries

Tea, water
 
B - total 0% , strawberries & granola
L - krisprolls , ham , coleslaw
D - lamb kofta rogan josh ( Iceland , half portion )
S - bbq pistachio nuts , from graze box

Water , tea , milk before bed
 
B- 3/4 weetabix & 3Strawberries with skimmed milk
L - Macintosh's Mince & tatties (had all the mince and a dessertspoon of potato)
D - Ham Salad

Drinks - Water & Tea hopefully get it up to about 1.5l or more

I'll have 2 crispbreads with philly light before bed

Really need to up my fluids, really thought I was having enough but two litres doesn't cut it for me post op and I'm in pain - taken senna tonight I have lactulose in the house but unsure if u can have it - *squeaks painfully* help

Hi everyone, wow your food diarys look great & have defo given me some insipration.
Im also gonna jump on this tread if you dont mind?

B- small PHD diet protein shake
L- 1 slice tosted bread with tuna mayo
D- home made shepherds pie
s- 2 fairy cakes. -bad I know, but baking with the kids & couldnt resist.

L Sausage, 4 chips, pear
D Chicken, salad, meringue nest with mandarin segments
S 2 biscuits, chicken

Lunch - quarter jacket potato with cheese and beans from Costco
Dinner - quarter jacket potato, slice of pork


Snacks - damn Costco and their sample people! A bite of chicken wing but didn't like, a cocktail stick with buffalo mozarella and sundries tomato, a small piece fafel
 
Only a pound loss to report this week, always low when I have been struggling . Hoping next week will bring a nice boost but at least its a loss x
 
after the massive loss last week your body is probably saying " whoa , you're not having much this week " lol
