bypass daily menu -

Oh I didn't know what it was. I'm still on dalavit, which is what the hospital gave me, is it the same thing as forcival? X

I'm coping fine with Forceval. When first saw them I didn't know whether to swallow or insert!

No they are different from Forceval, I think if you can manage it you should move on to a higher strength one. Ask your doctor if they will prescribe it, it might be worth trying :) x

I never had forceval vitamins our doc won't prescribe them hospital gave us a list of what we would need. I used to buy seven seas advance = cetrum think they were. Now i discovered Asda have their own multi vitamins that have extra iron and are only bout £3 and are the correct amounts that were recommended. Take one a day and an iron tablet cheaper bto buy them as well. xx

Thanks guys, I'm back seeing my specialist on 9th oct and ill see what he says. My doctors have no problem prescribing me my meds! Thought every gp had to ! Xxx

Probably chrisa! X

Glad you are feeling better Chrisa.

I've just been to see my doctor for a thorough check up. All good news so far, blood pressure still good so can still say off the tablets, it's ok for me to take sanatogen gold vitamin and minerals because I can't take forceval or anything similar so that's good and I'm continuing to be slowly tapered off my anti depressants. This is great because they make me sick, she says she will get me off them by Christmas and I'll only have to take my ones that help my manage my OCD then. So all in all a good visit and health is continuing to improve. She has also booked me in a for a full blood screen, she thinks that once a year is too long to go between blood tests if I get any deficiencies so she is going to do them every 6 months after this one. So I was happy with that. So pleased I've finally got a good GP! :)
