We went to 'The Festival of The Mind' in Sheffield today and I'm very proud to say I walked quite a bit!
We watched an amazing show called 'Magic and The Mind' all about the way magicians 'misdirect' us into believing what they want us to see rather than what's really happening and the psychology behind it....it was fascinating and a little worrying to realise how easily I'm fooled into seeing or not seeing what's really going on.

B- Cottage cheese ,Ryvita thins
L- Sweet pepper and tomato soup.
T- 2 tbsp veg risotto, tiny piece of apple pie with about a spoonful of LF cream.

Evening all well its cold windy and been lashing down all day managed to stay relatively dry going to school but got a soaking coming, home, went straight in bath to try n get warmed up. Had nothing unusual today, n had bad stomach cramps gain today no hot flushes just pain n went to loo once no diahorrea so think just bowel colic or something twisting inside, started bout 9.30 ish by 11 ish crippled with pains coming n going. WEnt into me 3rd lesson had to apologise to teacher n leave, had to spend the next hour in my little room nr toilet, just in case. Had only toast for brekky n by 12.20 knew i needed some lunch so just had me bit chicken and a hot cuppa soup, cos I was frozen to the bone. Went down and stayed down ok but had nothing else til I came home. Have had a 2 egg omelette with pepper n scallions, but no fruit yet. Was supposed to go to gym but didn't dare risk it, last week when it happened i went to gym on evening and was rough for the week, so came home had tea n relaxing now watching the horrid weather from our front window. Tummy feels ok but guna try n have no bread tomorrow see if its had too much in last cupl days, guna have to try n see what causes it cos can't keep coming outta lessons.

Todays menu
B MSBB scraping marg
S tiny amount of dry granola
L chicken
D 2eggs, green pepper diced, scallions chopped up, bit of cheese grated on top (omelette)
tea, water

Aww chrisa hope you're feeling better soon, hubby said he's has stomach cramps today so maybe it could be a bug hanging over you!
Well just been weighed and lost 2lbs this week so I'm in the 12s now. Coming off slowly but at least it's coming off so I'm happy! I'm sitting now chrisa watching this bloody awful weather outside. Winter defo on its way !!!!!!!! Hope everyone has a good evening xxx

Hi Shelley, I was reading on another post that and others were taking forceval. I'm not and was just wondering if everyone has to take it? X

Yep there are a lot of tummy bugs about and wiv been at school bugs are rife but had no more pain since 1 ish. Might have none for nutha few days so don't think tis a bug. My body is just deciding it doesnt want some things, some things I got away with now give sme jip, finding out what it is is the tricky part cos it is bloody painful when it cramps. Never mind am ok now, pleased you n me jus watching the weather from the right side of the glass now xx Great weightloss and in the 12's I wish.xx

Chrisa I'm only 5ft tall! Probs should only be about 8 stone lol. Still got a long way to go !!!. Forgot to say loving the new photo! Xxx

I tried forceval Dimond but I had a reaction to it. My intestines feel like they spasm. I'm not sure if it was the forceval it's self of the size of the tablet. I'm very sensitive to tablets since the bypass and find if they aren't smooth or small I seem to get this feeling. Never had a problem before the op but was discussing it elsewhere on the forum today and think this might be partially a mental block as I've been sick so often after taking them it's almost as if I expect it. I take santogen A-Z complete and extra b12, iron and calcium. Forceval really is the best one to take if you can manage it though. If you can't get your doctor to prescribe it I think you can buy it in a pharmacy or online chemist xx
