bypass daily menu -

Thanks shelleymarie.. About the gym thing!! I use the leisure centre in my village they have a fairly good gym, and I got referred via my gp, so I get the first 12 weeks free. then after that it is really cheap, not like a more upmarket gym as such. I don't know if you have tried your local leisure centre, but I am sure they will have a gym/fitness room, and definitely sure you would get a referral from your gp to get you started!!

Shelley have you thought about looking on Ebay loads of dvds and wii game son there for sale for next to nowt. Check it out and look in the charity shops or the 2nd hand game shops is gud idea. We have the Wii Just Dance n my daughter has the Zumba one with the belt i think. Will ask her if you want she might let you have them for a fiver plus postage of course she's been selling lot on ebay. Will pm you later when i speak to her if you might be interested?xx

Heres my menu today!! haven't been very good today at all. Too many carbs and definitely too many snacks. Really scared to slip back into bad habits again.. But today have actually felt really hungry, and had no restriction whatsoever, which is very worrying.... I'm obviously doing something wrong but just don't know what!!!

B 100mls Skim Milk & Shape Yogurt
L 115gms Prawns, L/F seafood sauce & salad
D 110gms Pearl new potatoes & 100gms red salmon
S L/F Chocolate mousse
S 20gms Biltong
S packet Cheese Quavers
2 S/Free polos

Protein 88.5 - Calories 730 - Carbs 50gms - Fat 16.8
Drinks 1.5 litres NAS Squash - 25gm Protein shot - 1 litre water - cup of tea - WW hot chocolate (bedtime)

Could av been worse Amanda, no fruit n veg on there, they would fill you up bit. I try n haev 2 fruit n 2 veg each day, 4 [portions altogether some times bit more better than some snacks xx
 
Food menu today-
1 glass prune juice
B dry granola, cuppa tea
L 1 dairylea dunker, 1 plum n 1 nectarine
S 5 Grapes
D 1 small toad in the hole only ate half n 1 sausage, carrots turnip n cabbage only small amount of each.
Tea n water not a lot of fluids today have to get back on them. x
 
I know youre right chrisa, will try for more fruit and veg tomorrow xx
 
Love the photo Amanda, its lovely to put a face to a name.Im not that condident yet! and youre menue seems ok, i think sometimes you have to have a little of what you fancy as long as it doesnt develop in to a daily habbit.

Hey everyone hope u r all good :)

Breakfast - four strawberries, tbsp yoghurt, sprinkle start right
Lunch - two new potatoes one n half tbsp baked beans
Dinner - fish n prawn kebab, dollop of fage

Snack - teaspoon nuts n seeds, three five p sized meringues
 
Today's menu

B - fresh fruit smoothie and mug of tea.
L - 400g tin of mushroom soup, thinned + bits removed.
T - mug of custard (which came back up)
S - 400g tin of oxtail soup bits removed.

Drinks
Tea, coffee, water, diluted apple juice, NAS squash.

Am I eating too much soup? As I can finish the whole tin. I'm a bit concerned it may be too much :-(
 
Thanks dimond!!! That's what frightens me, just eating more and more.. I look at mayas menu and I eat 3 times as much as she does in a day already and im only 8 weeks out!! I know we arent meant to compare but still I get worried I am eating far too much and still not feeling full. Am going to try chrisas suggestion of more fruit and veg and see if that helps.. How did you get along with www.myfitnesspal.com ?
have you taken a look at it yet? It really is a most useful site. xx
 
You are all becoming right techno buffs you lot i'm not good with technology, need my daughter when its computer based, n hubby if its electrical gadgets other wise i would probably curl up n die xx
 
lol chrisa!! Join the club chrisa. Computers I'm great with, but anything else technical including changing a lightbulb or a plug and thats me totally stumped.......Glad you got the fitness pal app sorted out mark, I'm sure you will find it really useful xx

I'm currently baking a low fat, diabetic (so therefore bypass friendly) friendly chocolate cake! Never made a cake before so will let you know how it turns out. 150 cals per piece with only 1g of sugar and sat fat. 17 carbs though but this is a normal size portion, as a bypasser you probably would only manage half :)

Morning all. My cake turned out nice last night. I only had a couple of bites as it was filling but it taste quite nice, think it needed a bit more sweetner but my mum said it was lovely with custard. She's enjoying my culinary adventures lol. Well I got on the scales this morning and up a pound! No clue how as not even that totm :( Seem to be thoroughly stuck at the mo. It's been 11 days now as lost my weight from last week right at the beginning of the week so I'm joining the gym and going to be poor for a bit as it makes me feel a bit more in control again. I've got my induction Monday. I'll still give the wii games ago too though. Any other tips for moving a stall other than drink more water, eating all your calories, exercise more? All of which I'm doing, thinking I've probably just got to ride it out.

Menu for today -
Breakfast - Grapes and ham.
Lunch - Prawn salad.
Dinner - Chinese chicken thigh - no skin and veg.
Snack - Lf cheese and 2 ryvita crackerbreads.
