bypass daily menu -

I love my toast Paula, I do struggle with bread though. I try to limit the quantity I have though as I'm sure it's not a fab food choice. I find white bread just sticks and is painful. I've only just started to be able to eat eggs and even now I can feel sick for an hour afterwards on some days.

It's weird how I have days when I can eat anything and days when everything makes me feel bad nearly a year out.

I think I'll try wholemeal when it's time. I'm a few weeks off yet though I'm sure ill come across things I'll struggle with too.

Hi all hope everyone has had a good day! Been weighed and lost 1 1/2 lbs this week. I know I'm losing but it's coming off bloody slow!
B rice crispies with skimmed milk
L 2slices of ham, 1 slice of Light leerdamer, beetroot
D chicken, green beans, sweetcorn, 2x roast pots
Tea, glass of milk, nas juice
I know I'm not drinking enough and this can slow down weight loss but domyounthink I'm eating enough?
Well done with everyone else's menues xxx

Sounds good to me Dimond. Have you tried the My fitness pal thing. I find it too hard to work out the quantities I eat but I know most find it easy to use. I should tell you if you're eating enough. How about a snack of a baby bel light or something similar, a good calcium and protein shot.

I havnt yet Kate but I think I will as I don't even know how many calories I'm consuming. Thanks for replying xxx

I swear by myfitnesspal. Love it. Congrat's on the loss Dimond, you are doing fab :) xx

Thanks Shelley xxx

Congratulations on the weight loss dimond.. I also swear by myfitnesspal.com. It enables me to record protein carbs calories fat easily on a daily basis.. Also the food database is really comprehensive, so really easy to get the nutritional content of pretty much anything, even branded products. It might be a useful tool for you too dimond, just to keep track of what you are eating for a while..

I would think probably better to wait until you are on normal food paula as at the liquid stage you aren't really consuming enough of anything as such. But thats only my opinion... I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will give you a more informed answer xxx

Well Chrisa!! You wanted to see what I looked like lol!!! I think I have managed to upload a profile picture. It's not a brilliant picture as I just snapped it on my webcam this morning, but at least you can basically see what I look now xxxx

Yes Paula that is fine, well I did, and had no problems with it. Found it very helpful.

Ah Amanda lovely to see your face! :)

Feeling very frustrated right this minute, braved the gym this morning and all was sorted ready to join until I heard the fee, just not sure if I can afford it. Feeling very deflated now. I know I can get exercise with walking and swimming but it's not the same as the gym for me. Not sure whether to just do it and have no money. Why can it grow on tree's eh? Also definitely in a stall. I'm lucky it's my first one but boy does it make you feel rubbish :(

Anyway menu for today -
Breakfast - Scrambled egg on wholemeal toast - hardly ate any of the toast.
Lunch - Chicken salad.
Dinner - Lf sausage casserole.
Snack - Grapes.

Ahhh thank you Shelleymarie :). Perhaps you could buy a fitness DVD or if you have a games console, a fitness workout for that ? You could give that a go before forking out for the gym ? It's cheaper too xx

Yeah that's a good idea. I've got a wii console so might buy a game. Thanks for the suggestion :D xx

Yes keep hearing about Zumba will have to give it a go :D x

Well maya seems to be the fitness guru on here the way she's been going lately lol
