Considering gastric band but scared

Have a look at my pic's see wit u think, I think a band mite suit me, originally I want a balloon but after research I opted for a band!

Looking back, I had one hell of a game with mine. I persevered n succeeded , but it wasn't a good time all the six years I had it very restrictive. Don't want to frighten you off tho. Just consider if the sleeve might me better ?

Sleeve does same as Band but u don't get the small gap, its more like a tube and therefore u have less p bing/ sicking up food, no fills to faff with which can make life awful, and won't fail after a few years so u don't put it all back on. It can stretch , but all can if u misuse it.
Spoke to my new surgeon n he said that bands were dated n they r getting more n more problems n half fail within five years .
Just something to be aware of. X

They are doing more sleeves than bands now but in America they are also doing sleeves and bypas with a band attached to help in the long term was quite surprised when I read it
I started with a band and had a bypass due to problems and when the band works on its sweet spot is great but went sour when it slipped

Well just home from hospital after having my gastric band. Feel ok was sore last night after surgery but fine today.

All went well. The staff were brilliant and very pleasant. They couldn't do enough for u. Yeah you receive pain meds and injections to take home. Ask me any questions

Went to theatre about 1.45. Managing a cup of tea at a time. Had a yoghurt for breakfast and lunch and some soup for dinner. That's it today
