Thanks guys but I am not convinced the 16 would fit. The jeans I am in at the moment are an 18 and are very snug!! I think I am between sizes.

Yea it's a pain!
Although I was out yesterday and my leggings were baggy on the knees and bum happy days!!!
No weight loss on the scales but I'm getting so many complements

They will stay up but look too baggy. They sit too low so are puddling around my feet. Husband rang around and they are not available anywhere within about 60 miles!!!!!

That's with heels!!!!

It's a suit interview if you know what I mean and I think a trouser suit is more suitable given the type of job it is. I am also very conscious of my legs so wouldn't be as comfortable in a skirt. I have a dress and jacket type suit that fits me but I had deliberately gone out to get a trouser suit instead.

What about a tunic type blouse? Then you could maybe get away with just loose on the legs, especially if you pull it tight around your waist with a belt.
Accessorise with striking earrings to get their eyes away from it.

Wish you were closer femfrankie, nope I think I will have to resign myself to the dress and jacket combo. I am starting a cold and in the car park yesterday I was squeezing between cars and cracked my knee of a tow bar. It's up like a balloon!!! I am a crock!!!
