Countdown to Balloon Launch

Yayyy I survived!!! And I've eaten some stew, well the carrots n broth mushed but I feel more human for eating. I hope I do as well as u carol !!

Hi all! How's everyone getting on?

I'm back in for a visit in the clinic on Monday!!! Goal is to be down 6kg!!!! I don't know!!!!
But I'm only 5lb off the two stone mark since getting the balloon in!!!! Also lost 1stone before getting the balloon!
Was told I could loose 2 stone with the balloon do that's not bad going :)
Liying in the back garden sunning myself after doing a heap of housework!
God only knows what the neighbours think lol have the belly out on show :) trying to get my vitamin d ye know lol

Hi I'm doing great can't believe it. A girl I was in with exchanged numbers n she's so poorly she's being admitted to hospital!! I bought gripe water n was so bloated I sat in tesco car park drinking it out the bottle lol I bet you are so pleased. I can't wait to see it coming off. I must admit my uniform is a bit looser not weighing myself till tues n it's been a week I was 12.10 b4 I went into the room to have it done. Can I ask what clinics is everyone with?

Yea my after care is crap!!!!! I so badly need mental help!!!! As in get my head out of fat mode and into a skinny mode!!!
I was 20st and got to 16 on my own!!!
I'm turning corners every day! It's so up and down! Wish I had better support!
I only stayed in Dublin for it coz I was promised great care n all that!
But still I'm getting there!
You will too!

I'm home most of the time with the kids and the hubby's only around every third night or so!!! So I find it quite boaring and lonley!! Perfect reason to be comfort eating! But at the minute I'm grand! Will see how I am next week :)

Had bridesmaid fitting they gotta take in but on bloody boobs lol u always lose it where u dont want to lol lost 6lb since Tuesday when got it in!! Made up. Might have a cheeky small wine tonight
 
Carol do you do any stomach exercises? My gut is awful lol I just wondered about crunches sit ups etc with this in is it ok?

Yea do any exercises your able to do!!!
The only thing I have a slight problem with is running! It causes me to get a stich for the whole day. So I wonder if its an ulcer in my stomach being activated by the balloon rubbing off it! But it doesn't stop me! I just put up with it! No pain no gain!!!

I had my check up in the clinic yesterday!
Think I may have an ulcer! But what can ye do!
I was a half pound off target yesterday! But weighed myself this morning and I'm 3lb lighter :) yay!!!!! Delira!!!!
