Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

yesterdays menu

B - 1 x chicken slice/cheese slice roll
L - small bowl stew
D - mushroom omlette
snacks - portion pistachio nuts
 
Today

Breakfast/Dinner = 1 round whole meal toast with a boiled egg

Tea = 1 slice of ham, small jacket spud (new pot size) lambs lettuce and honey/mustard salad dressing

will prob have cheese triangle later
 
Today has been weird, I don't seem to have an appetite and when I have tried to eat it just has'nt gone down good, even yogurt! I have never had a problem eating yogurt before, but hey ho, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

B- 3 tea spoons of Activia yogurt, which did'nt go down so it had to come back up :(
L- 1/4 of a cheese & pickle sandwich, really struggled with it too.
T- Steamed seabass, brocolli, cauliflower & carrots. I had about 2 forks of it and left the rest.
Snacks- cadbury brunchbreak.
 
B - 1 slice soreen
L - little bit of NCG tomato & chunky veg soup, couldn't face most of it
D - haddock with roasted squash and red onion

Have not wanted to eat at all today. Seem to be able to eat better in the evening so went for a decent balanced meal for dinner. Was v. nice.
 
Yesterday was a picying day

B - 2 x chicken & cheese roll
L - bowl Stew mainly veggies
D - 1 keema parathas and green salad
snack1 - 3 baby beetroots/ 8 silverskin onions/1 krag crispbread
snack2 - double protien shake in 1/2 pint milk
snack3 - 1/2 pint stella with most of gas stirred out
 
Yesterday -

B - oj & yogurt
L - went out for sushi, was able to eat three rolls and a couple of bites of grilled chicken
D - 3-4 swedish meatballs in gravy, salad & about 1 tablespoon rice
Snack: clementine, yogurt smoothie
 
You had sushi! Not fair! I want sushi :(
 
I had the sushi for you! We enjoyed it, you and me, but you kept insisting I get another roll but I told you that the sushi bar would not appreciate me returning roll in a slightly used condition.:p:p:p

Today has been even worse than yesterday :( I don't understand how my eating can go from being fine & dandy one day, then totally rubbish the next, out of the blue. Nothing seems to be going down. Even my vitamin this morning was a struggle, it went down sooo slow:cry:AS for appetite.....what appetite? I don't know if its because I have been under the weather with a poorly eye, that I just don't want to eat, because I have never been one to ever stop chomping away, even when I was half dead post op. Has anyone got any suggestions pleasssssssse :wave_cry:
What I have, well aint really eaten today:-
B- nothing.
L- I did a lovely garlic & herb roast chicken with veg and new potatoes, stuffing & roasty's. I ate about 4/5 small fork fulls and it just stuck, so up it came again :jelous:
T- nothing and no snacks yet :(
Oh dear, I have'nt eaten today at all really :sigh:
I might try some weetabix in a mo!

today for me

Breakfast = 1 oatcake with low fat cheese (minging cheese)

Dinner = tiny jacket spud 1 slice ham and some lambs lettuce(didnt eat it all today)

Tea = salmon fish fingers 2 with mushy peas salt and vinegar

snacks= brazil nuts and some tinned oranges

Hi T, its still really painful, so perhaps it is because of my eye. Hows you? I know how you feel now, when you bring everything back up lol. x
 
Allie have a protien shake when that happens it is nutrients which you need and can help increase your appitite

today i had

B - 2 x chicken slice/cheese roll
L - Dhal - cereal bowl FULL!
D - 1 x krug crispbread with prawns in home made seafood sauce
Snacks - 1 x protien shake
 
B - Soreen (1 slice)
L - 3 fishfingers in 1/2 pitta with red sauce
S - McCoys
D - yucky tesco light choices chicken and broccoli pie, only really ate the potato topping, was vile.
 
Yesterday:

B - milky coffee & yogurt smoothie, am loving those lately
L: 3 left-over meatballs (tiny ones like size of 10p), mini babybel, 1/2 banana
D: small salad, cottage cheese
Snack: clementine & protein drink
 
Today has been much better:-

B- 1x peanut butter & marmite on toast
L- brunch break bar
T- three cheese ravioli with tomato & roasted vegetable sauce.
Snacks- a cadbury cream egg & a bag of wotsits.
