Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

Today:
Muller light
Roast beef, cabbage, broccli, coli, small spoon mash, 1 y.pud (not cooked in oil)
2 low fat crackers, 4 snack a jacks, 30g philly light and 10g low fat cheese

Snacks:
1/2 a pear + some nutS

Only 100 cals burned cos I'm a lazy moo and had to go to the supermarket, so I guess that burned something lol

Yesterday
B - 2 bolied eggs and 3 wholemeal melba toast
D - 10 Almonds
T - Went for an italian meal, had mushrooms with goats cheese and a sirloin steak.
Snacks - alcohol, 2 vodka oranges
 
B - half an omlette with chopped up bacon
D - pack of twiglets
T - sausage casserole
Snacks - 10 almonds and a protein bar
 
Musli 30g + skimmed milk 100ml
100g chicken in lowfat sauce + cabbage + broccli + coli + teaspoon mash+ bite of OH y.pud (half a brocli and coli florett)
1 1/2 ham + 15g light philly + 10g low fat cheese + 2 1% fat crackers + 5g snack a jacks

Snacks:
5g nuts + 10g snack a jacks + 1 slice roast beef

Wow that looks a lot... Really wasn't!

250 cals burned :)
 
So far today:
B - Protein shake with extra coffee and extra protein
D - Half a cheese butty on brown bread
T - WAS going to have some roast chicken, but no where near cooked! So having mixed meat in szechuan sauce.
Snacks - non today
 
Better day today
B 2 cracked pepper thins and brie grapes
L gammon carrots peas pinapple
D steak pepper sauce sweetcorn
snack banana twiglets mini philli
 
Mon:
Muller light and low fat babybel
30g turkey with low fat cheese and mushroom and kale, threw this up, soooo dry!
1 egg omlette with ham, mushroom, low fat cheese and cherry tom ( made with skimmed milk)
Snacks:
Weight watchers wafer

Tues:
30g musli with 100ml skimmed milk
Home made chilli 125g with 10g low fat cheese and coliflower
1 and a half 1% fat cracker, 1/2 weight watchers bread, 30g philly, 1 slice of wafer thin hame and 1 slice wafer thin beef.
Snacks:
1/2 a pear and 1/2 cracker


200 cals burned mon, 100 tues


5.2lbs lost this week :) haaaappy
 
I have had a really shitty 2 days food wise. Yesterday I had 2 botes of chicken breast and threw them both up. Half a cup of soup and about 10pm last night had a shed load of twiglets

Today I tried a protein shake, threw it up, chicken liver salad, threw that up, some almonds, threw that up and then 3 pieces of lamb that stayed put. I then ate more twiglets. Mad mad crazy!

Didnt intend to be like this, but twiglets seem to be the only thing that aint making me throw up?!
 
Sal sorry to hear you had trouble eating. Hope you feel better soon. Try doing very thin liquids for a day or two maybe?

Cheers for reply duck. Im good...seem to have stopped chucking up.

Today I had half a jacket spud with some spicy chicken salsa
Lots of lattes and some juice
Will try for some wholemeal toast tomorrow morning for breakfast.

Still bluegh - and realised I have not been having any meds other than paracetamol for headaches! No wonder Im not feeling good!
Yesterday I had half a half of a tuna on brown sandwhich
Last night I had some chicken in a green Thai curry about 6 pieces.
Today WILL be better! :)

b = 2 slices back bacon and tomatoes

d = half small tin oxtail soup and low fat cheese and plum

t = faggot, mashed potatoe and garden peas.

s = ryvita and low fat soft cheese

Tuna steak 95g, baked spud 20g, low fat cheese 7g and salad (threw half this up, tuna was very dry, I often struggle with fish)
Weight watchers bread with 15g philly lite

Snacks:
Mango and low sugar/fat icecream
Lowfat crackers about 75 cals worth
 
Today was sooo much better!
B - bacon on 1 slice of toast
D - last nights remaining meat in green curry
T - chicken salad
Snacks - twiglets
 
Not great today, I blame my TOM

2/3 muller light and 2/3rd of a pear
Pork in lowfat home made sherry sauce with half a spoon brown rice and veg
Ww bread with 15g philly and 1 wafer thin ham

Snacks:
Pineapple
Low fat crackers
Low fat choc pot

315 cals burned. Forgot to add I did 100 yesterday too.

I guess not so bad, but that choc pot was naughty, meh, once in a while won't hurt.

I'm banashing the low fat crackersan too easy to snack on!!!

L - tortilla pizza
D - meatloaf, mash & gravy
Snack - Protein hot choc

Have had horrid eating (TOM) but more on track today:

B - milky coffee, slice of protein cake
L - yogurt & salad
D - Chicken & veg curry on a jacket potato
Snacks - Chai protein latte
 
Today has been my best day for a fair few days!
B - caffe latter protein shake with extra cappucchino protein and coffee
D - remainder of last nights Chinese chicken curry
T - a little mash, a little veg and little white fish
Snacks - One of PG's world famous chai tea latte protein drinks mmmmm
