Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

Today:

Musli with skimmed milk
Chicken in red wine 80g, 10g baked spud, 5g low fat cheese and mixed veg
Ww toast + 15g philly light

Snacks:
Pineapple
Low fat crackers (75 cals)

L ryvita fruity
D steak, onion gravy, mashed root veg, greenbeans.
S total 0%yogurt fruit and nuts
 
B - slice of wholemeal toast
D - beef curry
T - Pork stirfry
Snacks - twiglets!
 
Thought I'd join in now that I'm eating "normal" food now. Any hints and tips if I'm doing something wrong would be a great help! :)

B - 250ml ss milk
D - 1 slice brown bread, prawns, salad
T - chicken, carrotts, stuffing ball, gravy
Snacks - low fat fromage frias

Yesterday -
B - Protein Bar (did try for a shake but the milk curdled and I had to throw it away!)
D - Sushi
T - A steak
Snacks - Twiglets, fruit

D - chicken, carrots, and gravy
T - Boiled egg, marg, brown toast
Snack - 1 roses chocolate
 
B - Protein shake
D - grilled chicken and salad
T - a chicken leg, 3 mushrooms, brazil nut (random!!)
Snacks - packet of McCoys
 
**** day - no comment!
 
No breakfast so had some ryvita minis, no lunch so has a cheese sandwhich and no tea so had some ribs, prawn crackers and now feel sick as chuff and wish I could scrap today and try again tomorrow!
I was out of office all day so no fluids all day either!
 
Yeah - tomorrow will be a day of cleaning, eating better and dancing! haha
 
Today:
100g home made curry + 10g ww bread + babybell light
150g home made bolognaise + 10g low fat cheese + 70g mixed veg
3/4 muller light

Snacks:
Ww wafer and spoon of lf low sugar ice cream (oooopppsssss)
2 spoons musli
Crackerbread and philly light


Oh and a cheeky 100ml of red wine ... Too many snacks me thinks!
 
Today:
Bacon sarnie (weight watchers bread, lean bacon, the round only, and low sugar and salt ketfchup) 1 1/2 mushroom and 1/2 poached egg
Home made mousaka ( very low fat! 1.9g fat per 100g, 4g carbs and 62 cal!!) I had 200g


Snacks:
Small pear and 1 no sugar low carb choc

Need another meal or snack realy, but its late and I'm full!!!
 
Had a low-sugar moment yesterday, a first for me in a long time and was directly caused by not eating enough (smacks on hand and wags finger at self).

B - two cups milky coffee followed by a yogurt
L - banana & coffee
D - tiny serving of spinach & cheese pasta w/tomato sauce
Snack - 2 slices of cheese & clementine when I realised I was having a low-sugar moment.

So not enough protein, simple carbs & too little food = stupid girl!!!

Steak!!!!! You have MADE MY DAY!!!!! I was thinking that I would never be able to have a steak ever again, thank you.
 
I LOVE a nice jucy steak post-op so fear not!
 
Past few days has been ok food wise. No junk or snacks, cant remember what though....

Today I have had nothing for breakfast
Chicken and salad for lunch
Tea will be chinese chicken curry
