Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

7am B - 2 crumpets
12.30 D - chicken salad
14.30 S - pack of crisps
19.00 T - chicken curry and few oven chips
19.45 S - 1 pancake with algarve syrup
21.00 - S 4 rich tea biscuits (light version)

Again not good, but I defo feel better for what I ate today.
Day 2 of no smoking :D

Again up late... Stupid op has really thrown my body clock!

1200 Lunch: Egg on Toast (1 Egg [80], 20g Cheese [70], 1 Slice Wholemeal Toast [100])

1600 Snack: 2 Go Ahead Slices [150]

1900 Dinner: 2 Fish Fingers [110], 2 tbsp Mash [150]

2100 Snack: 1/2 6" Pancake w/ Lemon, Splenda and Yogurt [200]

Wednesday 17th Feb

Breakfast...1/2 bagel toasted
Lunch..... cheese and broccolli cuppasoup
Dinner.... small jacket potato and ravioli
Snacks... a few prawn crackers, 2 ice lollies, 1 muller light yoghurt.
Drinks....2 coffees, s/f squash and water
 
Today has been a crap day - snacking all bloody day!

2 crumpets
an apple
packet of crisps
homemade curry
3 ight rich tea biscuits
ANOTHER pack of crisps

:( Still not smoking though...I dont know whats worse - to smoke or eat sh!t?! lol
 
Thanks hun. I gave up about 4 years ago too! I lasted 18 months - last time I didnt care how much food I ate! Now its doing my head in - on a better note though.....my kitchen is bloody sparkly clean! Hahaha

1300 Lunch: 1/2 Ham and Cheese Toastie (Wholewheat Toast [100], Ham [40], 10g Cheese [35])

1500 Snack: Tuna w/ Sweetcorn [50]

2000 Dinner: Singapore Noodles (ate the meat, left most of the noodles) [200]

Thursday 18th Feb

Breakfast...toasted tea cake
Lunch... was at a pub so had 3 of my husbands chips an 2 forkfulls of his pie.
Dinner.... Weight watchers beef hotpot
Snacks... 1 sandwich ( no crusts) with thin sliced turkey on ( took an hour to eat while watching a film but managed it all)
Drinks...4 coffees, 3 s/f squash, water and lots of ice


Friday 19th February

Breakfast....1 poached egg 1 rasher bacon 3 tbsp baked beans
Lunch..... toasted tea cake
Dinner....a small plate of bits from chinese buffet, jelly and ice crean and fruit
Snacks...none
Drinks... 4 coffees, s/f squash, j2o, water (apple flavour)

Saturday 20th February

Breakfast...out on the road so 1/4 chicken roll and a bag of macoys (naughty)
Lunch.... omelete (cheese and onion)
Dinner....sausage casorole (cant spell ha ha)
Snacks....3 tiny choc biscuits (naughty moment) pasta cuppasoup.
Drinks..... 2 coffees, 1/2 small carton orange juice,s/f squash lots of ice in, water

had biscuits then instantly felt guilty for it bad bad day (had row with kids and did old trick of comfort food, won't again felt ill)
