Today I have been very ill. Panic attacks, stomach pain, sickness and diorreah.
I have eaten a slice of toast, fish fingers and a slice of smoked salmon.

Okay I am going to start doing this regularly to try and get me back on track:
Thursday 11th Feb - 877 calories in total
6am Breakfast - 1 piece brown toast + 1/2 slice of bacon (150)
10am - Snack - Light Philidelphia + 1/2 slice brown bread (120)
1.30pm - Lunch - 1 piece brown toast and 1/2 bowl of lentil soup (160)
5pm - Snack - Quavers (87)
7pm - Snack - Digestive biscuit (80)
8pm - Dinner - 1 tbsp chilli-con-carne + 1/2 tbsp brown rice (200)
11pm - Snack - Digestive biscuit (80)
When did I turn into a constant grazer and it's all carbs!
Any ideas for no hassle high protein lunches for at work??
