Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

Tpday
B - 1.5 slices of wholemeal toast
D - extra super large salad with added cheese and roast chicken
T - home made keema biriyani with wholemeal rice
 
today so far
Breakfast = Small bowl ready brek with semi skimmed milk and sprinkled with sweetener
Lunch = 4 cream crackers 2 with r/f egg mayonnaise and 2 with slight scraping of clover butter
Dinner = 1/2 small plate chicken noodle stir fry
snacks = banana grapes and will no doubt have some more fruit if i feel peckish
2 decaff skinny lattes
as i said i signed up to food focus last night i entered my details and my intended final weight goal, and it said i should eat 1350 cals a day :) but, when i actually entered my diary for the day it turns out i was 275 over that :eek: so i have tried harder today and so far so good will see what it says tonight :sigh:

p.s. oh yeah it also said that if i do keep to 1350 cals a day, i should be able to lose 1lb a week, which will take me to my goal they predict by SEPTEMBER this year :eek:,

1300 Lunch: 1/2 Tray of Fish and Chicken Sushi [150]

1630 Snack: 150g Quorn Roast [150]

1800 Snack: 1 Go Ahead Bar [75]

2100 Dinner: 75g Quorn Roast [75], Chips [75]

breakfast...1 poached egg, half a rasher bacon, 1 tbsp baked beans
Lunch....small salad and ham slices
Dinner.... spaghetti bolognese
Snacks... 1 banana and blueberry protein bar
Drinks....2 coffees, 1 capri sun, 1 protein smoothie, water

Today I have been very ill. Panic attacks, stomach pain, sickness and diorreah.

I have eaten a slice of toast, fish fingers and a slice of smoked salmon.

Thanks ladies - Surgeon mentioned possible IBS re: the pain - so at docs tomorrow to get some anti-anxiety meds, IBS info and some more champix meds (giving up smoking!)
Fingers crossed today will be better!

Snacks... 1 bag of crisps, 1 banana and blueberry protein bar

Okay I am going to start doing this regularly to try and get me back on track:

Thursday 11th Feb - 877 calories in total

6am Breakfast - 1 piece brown toast + 1/2 slice of bacon (150)
10am - Snack - Light Philidelphia + 1/2 slice brown bread (120)
1.30pm - Lunch - 1 piece brown toast and 1/2 bowl of lentil soup (160)
5pm - Snack - Quavers (87)
7pm - Snack - Digestive biscuit (80)
8pm - Dinner - 1 tbsp chilli-con-carne + 1/2 tbsp brown rice (200)
11pm - Snack - Digestive biscuit (80)

When did I turn into a constant grazer and it's all carbs!

Any ideas for no hassle high protein lunches for at work??

The takeawy near my work sells chicken tikka and salad. ts loads protein, no fat and yummy!
I like to take my own salads too...A massive bowl of salad with loads of cheese, cooked meats or fish! Mmmmm

D small bowl chicken tikka masala with rice
snacks 1 x bottle white wine + 1/2 x sausage

Saturday night, what more can I say!!!! yeehawww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
