It's good to spend time with daughters ( and sons) there is nothing better than a girlie time you can be totally honest with each other with out upset :)

Aww brilliant Cupid!.... Nothing like been with your girl. ... I miss mine like crazy! She is at Uni in Plymouth, 5 hours drive away! :(.... But hopefully seeing her next week! Yay! :).... I'm up your neck of the woods this week at my parents in Kirbymoorside! :)

think I have only ever been once but I hear it's a lovely place. Enjoy your journey and hope the weather stays nice for you hun :)

Ok so this is so typically me first day back at the gym and I couldn't get there....am I ill? No...did it rain? No....now I could go on and on but...wait for it...hubby had a crisis. Oh my flipping god I could have fallen backwards laughing. He glued his bike!!!! Yes that's what I said.

Hopping and shouting and a few swear words too...he had spent the morning with our. Youngest out in the garden cleaning and prepping the bikes to come back out after winter (yes February) now our sons is a powerful beast and a race bike to my dismay and my hubby's is a classic just like him. The pride they show cleaning it seems to be worth its while. So I'm heading out of the door to catch the bus to town and I heard such a commotion I spun round and went to the back door....my hubby is shouting and cursing and jumping about whilst our son is rolling round the floor laughing so much he has tears streaming down his face. Turns out after all that work at tweak with the lock on the petrol tank with WD40 was needed.

Now I'm a novice when it comes to cleaning a motorbike so I'm told but it was covered in what looked to me like a spider web. Instead of using wd40 as he had picked up the wrong can and had covered the whole tank in carpet glue. No wonder the result was his obvious dismay lol it took 3 of us 5 hours to get the stuff off. Got to love family days.

So the gym can wait another day and tomorrow hopefully is swimming :)
 
I'm with you shouldn't laugh but that had made my day, that is so funny. You can just imagine what would have been said if it had been the other way round lol hope he's calmed down now. :)
