Hi everyone. i,ll be having my bypass on the 24th of this month. I,m now day 6 of the LSD and day 8 of quitting smoking. I feel like i,m been beat upon with a rounders bat!!!. Any ideas as to what i can do to keep occupied. My concentration levels have hit zero. x

Hey Hun, try and stay busy with seeing friends and getting all those house bits done before the big day. I had to quit smoking as well and I did a 4 week pre op. Wasn't fun or pretty but you just have to try stay busy busy busy.

I had afternoon surgery too ZZZZZZZzzzz

But positive is it will be 7pm or so by the time you get to the ward. Quiet time to get a well deserved sleep xxx

No only got an hour last night and 3 the night before. I'm a terrible sleeper when I am anxious.

Thanks girlies just want it over now as my anxiety levels are only getting worse! Lol xx

I'm on the final day of the pre-op diet. I know it will be a few days but I'm looking forward to soup.

Hi Guys,

So op went really well and liver was spot on. Had a few proba in recovery as I am allergic to some if the stronger pain killers I was in a huge amount of pain. But today is a new day, I'm feeling really positive I have woken up, had a wash down and got dressed. And the docs are really happy, said I can go home tonight. Yayyyyy x
