I'm starting the milk diet tomorrow. The last day, last meal of this old life.

The support in here is amazing girls keep up the fantastic hard work on the pre ops, just remember its only for a short while, stay strong and focused and keep the end goal in site. Its not easy i know ....... you can and will do this !!! good luck to those who are starting pre op soon x x x

Chin up and good luck for tomorrow, i am startin on monday! eek.

Last meal of that life yes but dont focus on the food, you will eat again.

I have really been focussing on thinking god will i ever be able to eat 'properly and normally' again when actually the way I eat now is not proper or normal, it is gluttony! and that is why i have ended up like this.

After the op eventually I will eat 'normally' or should i say a normal portion!

I think it would b a good idea to set up a table of who is when, which hospital,op, LSD, datestarted ,starting weight. This way we can see how's next and how far we have all come. I think this was toadies idea, what do the march hares think?
