Really proud of myself went to see Dr about which tablets I can get as soluble or can be crushed ready for next Friday,he weighed me while I was there and I've lost 10lbs on my pre op diet so far really pleased day 8 and hard slog but worth it and makes me more determined to stick to it

OMG................Monday is approaching very quickly...... I feel scared and excited......been round all my family and friends to say goodbye just in case I don't make it. . . . . Now I feel ill, my throat is a little sore and I have a headache...... but I think it's just nerves.

I hope I have done enough on the pre op diet.

I'm going private so was pretty quick.... Decides to do it early Jan.. Had consultation late jan, pre op 2 weeks ago and op Tuesday.. So it's kinda flown in

Wow no time for nerves then lol.its been about 18 months for me,I'm on day 8 of pre op diet trying to stick to just 800 calories is hard but I'm doing something right has 10lbs lost so far.x
