Maintaining ... Gotta work at it ...

Sts this week at 1310 calories average a day over last week. Could and almost did eat a little horse at the beginning of the week, but Band has felt tighter this past few days, as per my normal cycle. Very bloated though so I think next week I should drop one of those pounds gained last week. Maintaining tbh is more difficult than dropping the pounds, as you eat less than you used to do, but don't have the same buzz of still losing weight. Heh, I am not complaining, I am over the moon, just saying it as it is :rolleyes:
 
Think I should weigh in on a Sunday rather than a Saturday. I always seem to lose on a saturday night :rolleyes:

Bet you're the only one on here who loses on a sat night :) that's normally by battle night where all the carb monsters visit me :D
 
Oh, if you look at my diary, I have my moments when a monster comes to visit too. Weekends are best for extra dog walking though to offset the extras. During the week I lead a very sedentary lifestyle. Back in the car travelling a lot, but not been tempted by big grab bags of sweeties yet. I have to plan ahead and everyone chuckles when they see me walk into a branch with my pink spotty lunch bag. If that's what it takes so be it!

Healthy weight achieved ... May 26th

Whoop whoop, two pounds gained have dropped off as expected this week, Plus another two ...bmi of less than 25 achieved ... Which even though I am at the top of the category, I am normal 'healthy' weight. I don't want to lose any more another 4. Deffo 11st 7lbs is my bottom limit...give me scope to add a few pounds for some silicone :rolleyes: omg, where have they gone :rolleyes:

Well done flutterby! It must be a great feeling!! I've got none to begin with so I'm excited but dreading to see what they look like when I reach goal lol! Best start saving now haha xx
 
Fizzpots, I think the only benefit of me being overweight was having some boobs for a change LOL ... Saving has started :)
 
Ohhh ... I just had 1/4 of a pizza for my dinner to up my calories ... Not had anything like that since before July last year. Put more chicken and cheese on it to increase my protein levels. It was scrumptious and very filling. And certainly not tempted to eat any more than that. Win win :D
 
That's what your new life is all about now! Great enjoying nice food in smaller quantities and knowing what needs to be done to make it healthy as possible isn't it :) shame we weren't satisfied before but hey..that's life..! Happy banding :)
 
So right jo. In my mind I always knew what was right but without the band, I didn't have that little bit of help to guide me in the right direction. I do have my treats ... And yesterday my OH was feeding me up because he thinks I have lost too much weight now. I agree. But my four pounds off this week, could be offset by a couple of bits of silicone :rolleyes: Off to find ou more about a boob job in the next couple of weeks. Not 100% sure i am going to have it done, but i want to do some research. Methinks spaniels ears are far more attractive on my three pooches than they are on me LOL :8855: Oh I love my band. Happy banding!
 
Let me know how you go! We become so critical of our bodies at this stage I think. I've bought a padded bikini for the first time ever just so I can plonk them in hope they stay! Lol! Bit of a difference to my old 44dd/e days! :D
