Message to Myself ... diary to remind me where I have been and where I am going

No, don't worry Jo ... I wouldn't send her in your direction ... although I have to warn you that she has actually expressed interest in joining your bunch!
And you would end up training her as she is in your line of business, so to speak.

I always think, if animals like a person, then usually they are a nice person. My three pooches love me. Her pet keeps biting her ... so what does that say ??? I say no more !!!

Yep, 4lbs of those 6lbs were gained last week tho ... so I cannot claim all of them.

Well done you on your 3lbs, even though you were away!!! You will see your 11's soon...what are you aiming for eventually? I don't even think I want to go so low. 12 stone is where I want to be, still curvy - maybe a size 12-14. Just been on sunbed before going out this afternoon. Feelin good, even if I stay this size for ever!

Snow still on ground but sun is shining ... and I am not gonna stay down for long :D

ha that would be sweet revenge...I could refer her and get paid, train her and kick ass...life is kind sometimes lol

I honestly don't know what to go down to...i set 10stone as a goal originally but could be too low. Size 12 would be fine so maybe stop at 11 stone?! Oh i just don't know...never had to make this call before!!! Still got plenty to chip away at anyway for nip....belly gotta deflate fully lol! just started noticing wrinkly skin on my boobies...oh no! So they are shrinking afterall :D
Xx

Now I have paid off my loan for my band; I was thinking of saving for my new boobs...:banana dancer:

Woo! Check you out!!! I'll wait on my bonus...never never lol :D

What's a bonus lol. I will have tofind my plastic piggy for my plastic fund :D

Exactly! :D

3lbs off this week so that is 7st 1lbs off now since my heaviest of 20st 8lbs ... (and 6st 1lb off since milk diet started on 1 July). Feeling great ... only another 1lb and then I will hit the Century Club. Fingers crossed for next week :)

Still no news on visa :(

And liking to end on a positive note ... off to watch our friends in a panto tonight ... always good to have a laugh or two ... followed by lasagne and pancakes, fruit and ice cream (reminiscent of the good old Little Chef days. 'In moderation' of course. yum) :8855:

Well done flutt on the 3lb loss......SNAP! makes saturdays all worthwhile doesnt it :)

I have to say I tried sunday to tuesday upping my protein to in the 60s by adding marvel etc...but found the extra calories made me a 1lb heavier by that point so worked my butt and did what I used to do for the back end of the week.....god knows how I've then managed to report a 3lb loss.

Spoke to nutrionist who simply said....whatever youre doing is working so dont change it..ignore the forums since most advice around protein is tailored more for the bypassers etc..so that I will do!

The Home Office are a joke of a system...ridiculous..been through enough of that with my boyfriend as he is foreign..but you do get there in the end! But theres plenty of waiting on the postie arriving! Fingers crossed it wont be long!

Enjoy tonight...treat night!! :) x

Fantastic Michelle. You are doing soooooo well. When we met you didn't look like you needed to lose any more, without sounding rude - you just looked like a 'normal' woman ! :). 99 pounds in such a short time is unbelievable.

Had a fill at DP yesterday taking me to 7ml in a 10ml band. Had a good heart to heart with Pam, it's my bite size that I am rubbish with. She asked me if I would put a while grape in my gob when I eat them and when I told her yes she said I should cut them into 4 and the same with a slice of banana. I get things stuck so then end up going for slider foods. Stocked up on different crisp bakes etc, trying the onion and herb Rakuson ones and also got tomato and basil Melba toasts. Only lost 3 stones since May which is truely pants. I'm glad I had my band as otherwise I would probably be a couple of stones heavier not 3 lighter but if I want to be a size 12 to go to Florida next February I really need to knuckle down. I am seeing my Manchester friends in May and they know I've been banded so want them to see a big difference in me as I haven't seen them since I had the op.

I'm sure you will lose that pound next week no problem so get ready to celebrate! I think your hubby should buy you something nice and sparkly as a reward ;)

@ Sharon - Three stones off, is better off than on!!! And all of us people with weight issues, know how quickly it can go on, so try to keep heart!!! Hopefully the fill will give you the backup you need. Let us know how you are getting on during the week. Pam never said that to me  I have never had such tiny chopped up portion sizes. The whole thing goes in my mouth, gets chewed a few times and then goes down...think I have a way to go before the Band works to its full potential then. Pleased I am managing to rely on calorie counting and will power. I sort of know what you mean. I do feel pretty 'normal' and everyone keeps at work and home keeps telling me I dont look as though I need to lose any more weight ... but I am 13 1/2 stones and the 'normal' weight range is from around 8st10 to 11st10. My aim is to get to 12st - but even at that I would still technically be overweight :sigh: Oh well, let me worry about that when I reach there LOL. I like the idea of a sparkly pressie if I hit the Century. God, sometimes I wish my hubby were suspicious and looked at my computer / phone ... just so he could get the hint ;)

@ Jo - yep SNAP. I was am so surprised that I could have lost that in a week - over 7 months down the line. It will probably shoot up tonight after Saturday night treats. Hope you enjoy yours too!!

I am just going to have a wee snooze on the sofa now cuddling my pooches ...bliss

Well done flutterby, you are one of my inspirations on the road to success. I'm sure next Sat I will log in and find a Century sticker on your profile!

I am not perfect. Damned hormones kicked in yesterday, as well as the cookie monster and the chocolate monster. I can understand why the band doesn't stop chocolate, but you would think that crunchy biscuits would get stuck. Oh, No - they dont! :( At least I ate all the nice ones at work yesterday, so I won't be tempted again today!!

The great thing about having my band is the way my mind approaches these blips. I am not going to waste my £6K. Today is a new day...and i have three more days to right the wrong before Saturday weigh-in.

On balance - one day out of seven aint too bad ...:devilangel:

So annoying how sweets choc biscuits all go down perfectly isn't it....been there once too often! X

Those pesky hormones are the pits aren't they! Its just not fair...and I mine are fizzling out too but they still try hard to sabotage my diet! Tomorrow is another day :)

wk-32 post op

Five out of seven days been good. 2lbs lost on average of 1350 calories per day over the week. Six more pounds to get into my final stone (the 12s). Century achieved exclamation mark

Very well done flutterby

Don't know why, but I tried on a lovely polka dot mac in M&S yesterday - size 14. (Its approx 20 years ago since I was that size). It made me look so smart and SLIM. Even came back home and looked at the customer reviews of it on their website just to make sure of the sizing ... still don't quite believe it fitted perfectly ... think I will look forward to treating myself with it if (ooops, when) I achieve my mini target of getting into the 12s.

I don't quite believe I am a 14 yet - more like a 14-16 ... but boy did it feel good to even dare to think of being a 14 :D
