Going to show my belly to all the family now as taking my injection. Poor hubby eating!!! Lol x

How brave are you doing injections x did you have good night? How's the wind pain?

Ha ha mines a wimp when I was doing injections he'd run out the room!! He won't even feel my port big wuss lol glad you slept better let us know how you get on with knee surgeon! Xxx

Thanks guys, Knee surgeon said I was very young to have all the problems they encountered when did op, he reckons I am looking at a knee replacement within 5 years, told me the best thing I could do is lose weight ...so I whipped up my top and said I have a band!!! If I follow his advice and do cycling, swimming and walking could prolong the need for the op. Thinking now, my band is going to turn out to be my saviour too. <3

He told me no impact exercise like aerobics or zumba... gutted. I'm still going to go, when band healed, but not overdo it like before, (when I used to throw my fat little body around at the back of the room like I just don't care):)

Reminds me of my sciatica. It just didn't go away after making my osteopath rich :p I've been thinking about it on an off but that gave me the courage.

Don't forget to take your painkillers hon! I did that mistake, never again :)

So glad I didn't have to inject myself. I had 2 or 3 claxane injections at the hospital and that was it. Not sure I could have done it I'm such a wuss :p

If you're worried about your incisions, put waterproof plasters over them and remove after your shower. That's what I've been doing. Husband washed my hair a couple of times before I could manage to shower myself though and I remember how good it felt. You feel much better instantly :) xxx

I rang THG and they said it sounds like wind tbh I don't think she had a clue! I'm in quite a lot of pain well discomfort and all I can think is this how it's going to be because I can't go through the rest of my life like this :-( I'm having a wtf have I done moment xxx

Ah kells don't worry, things will ease. Did your doc give you fast tab? My doc said I have to take one daily for a month. If he didn't go to your GP and get some, it may make all the difference. It helps with acid and wind build up. Mine is still coming out (all the time) luckily from the top half! Can you phone your surgery, get them today? X

Look after yourself first kells, if you think it needs a hospital visit you must go. They may have an answer for you, and it may not necessarily be the band. Hope it's ok hon, worried about you. :( x

Do you think it's the wind again? It's horrible, feels like you've been battered and left in pain :(
I can't wear anything on my waist at moment as the wind builds up, stuck in loose long nightie for half the day.
Really hope it goes soon hon, but if you aren't coping think of yourself first and don't worry about work!!! X
