Thank u all.had same chocolate tonight (i no its a sin)but made me feel better.i counted it in my calories.
New day tomorrow.

That's great. I haven't even dared chocolate yet... Haven't had any since April and honestly don't miss it that much any more. Just too scared off making myself ill.

Cold? I know as the weathers gone worse, its made me feel down. Last week I had a tight week and struggled to eat enough. Since Saturday though I can eat a horse again. Been fidgeting in the cupboards to see what i could devour and just had a small plate of cucumber with sweet chilli dipping sauce and it seems to have hit the spot until my dinner is ready. Have you got anything healthyish you can snack on? Are your meals actually large enough and of the right types of foods to leave you satisfied?
 
I need to eat more protein and cut out the crap.lol.
Will focus again this wk.I think wot doesnt help is i still have no restriction yet.
Having a fill next tues hope that will help.
 
Don't beat yourself up over eating cr@p .... It happens. Track it/enjoy what you eat and build it into your overall allowances/find alternatives ... but don't let negative thoughts take over! Just try to retain focus and perspective. Today is another day. Onwards and downwards :)

Not bad under my calories .
 
Going to do training again with my sister last time i did it a few years ago i lost 4 stone.so fingers crossed it will help.
 
Went for a deep tissue massage today I'm now covered in bruises but it was good hope it does the job on my stiff joints .
 
Sooo stiff today but she did say that would happen but by tomorrow should feel ok again.need to go back a few times was told because I was so big all my muscles have moved to the wrong position hence why I'm in so much pain with my neck and shoulders .
Hopefully this should work.
 
Make sure you drink plenty of water today too mimi to flush out the toxins x
 
Well iv been really good this wk and done more exercise and kept to 1000 calories and lost 3 lbs so that's the two I put on plus one more still not quiet under 12 st yet but I will be by next Mon.12.1 today.
Very happy about that.
 
I think I have restriction after about 7/8 mounthfulls I feel really full to the point of bursting and uncomfortable .is this it?.
