Breakfast fat free yogurt 70
Snack fat free yogurt 68
Lunch curry soup 200
Dinner tomato soup 160

Added a yogurt too

Drinking 3-4 litres of water plus 2x night time tea

Your food is looking good to me! Have you had a go with the hypnosis yet hun? I like the slim naturally and sacred body ones and I have them on a little playlist to listen to as I go to sleep. I think they have helped me , it's all positive stuff going into the subconscious anyway.

I must have a go at poached egg on toast or smoked haddock soon..I have a real pash on for eggs every time I see anyone mention them on their foodie day!

My band is feeling tight but if I go steady I should be OK. I got stuck having an omlette last time I tried :(

Yes they are. I find if I have mostly protein I feel full for longer. To be honest I very rarely feel hungry and have got into a routine of 3 meals a day and the odd snack like a yoghurt now and again. As this lifestyle is for life I am trying not to feel like I am on a diet but just eating more healthy foods. More each day I realise so much of this is about mindset. As I am in for the long haul to get to a healthy BMI I need to keep this firmly at the front of my mind;).

I listened to some of the hypnosis on Sunday - not in bed but when I as resting in the afternoon. Cannot remember which it was but I did not hear anyone speaking then I got interrupted by Mr TB so had to leave it:rolleyes:. I will try them again. I liked the music - very soothing.

Cool x Glad you had a go on it , I like the brain wave thing in the background..it sort of sounds like it's working ...must be psycological!
I don't know if I will be allowed a fill as I am almost at capacity and my surgeon was concerned about erosion...words like that scare the bejeebus out of me!!
I have to take the consequences for a silly weekend just gone and try and maybe build up my exercise daily to compensate.
My legs are aching from the treadmill and being generally unfit!

Morning banders!!!

I had a lovely afternoon bowling with my boys, they had so much fun :D

Well today i have another busy day before hubby goes back to work on Saturday :cry:its gone way to quickly. Still not sure i will be able to do everything with boys when he is back at work, i aint even picked my 10 month old up yet :(

Tomorrow i got back to Abbey Sefton to have my clips out and im so worried, the thought of it just makes me feel funny.

You are all so inspirational, i just hope i do aswell with the band as all of you xxx
 
Got a meeting with my manager today to 'discuss some recent issues' he said nothing to worry about but he is an awful manager with short man complex and I know he is going to put me through hell, have hardly slept :-(

Morning folks.......Well yesterday was a good day food wise...had the hall laminated so couldnt get to the fridge often lol had a slimfast for breakfast and cupa soup with a 4 crackerbread for lunch..then stir fry and chicken for tea..few snacks but cals were 1065 on my fitnesspal. Went to the wls meeting at heartlands and had 2 biscuits..tut 38 cals each did check, so still not a bad day overall and i had all my water too..so defo beta for me to track.

I did go over my protein by 21 tho would that make a diference to my weightloss if it happened everyday?

B: fruit n fibre made with yoghurt

L: Small bowl of soup, pitta bread with tuna (pitta bread got stuck, won't be having that again, ouch!!)

D: 2 coffee, 1 pt nas cordial, 1 lemsip

Still got cold and feel so drained :( we're off to a birthday party this aft at a Hungry Horse, so going to have dinner there mmmm

.I am stalling because I have to get on the treadmill in a minute...things are getting stuck for me a lot today..like everything..I haven't tried pitta bread Sarah, but I usually find that doughy white bread/ fresh bread is a real problem. I stick to melba toast and dutch crispbakes usually as they are suprisingly filling post op.

I really hope you are fully better soon Sarah and have a lovely time at the birthday meal x Take it easy hunny x
 
They serve biscuits at your wls meeting? Now that made me laugh.

I know, i did a double take the first time i went, i did say last night they need to have a bowl of fruit instead lol..i havn't ever had one b4 but was talking to someone eating one and i just took 1 got a drink then took another..slap my wrists;)
