Wow what a beautiful day it is out there!!! I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend whatever you are doing.
It is lovely to see so many new faces on this thread, and they chat!!!
Well I'm back folks, have been a bit poorly the last few days both physically and mentally down too, so I was reading and posting only occasionally.
Feeling much better today, dunno what it was during the week, my abdomen was very painful, swollen and tender to touch in certain areas, nothing band related I'm sure. Nausia and headaches too. Daughter was the same so I know it's not just me being a hypochondriac
As a result have been very constipated too (again daughter has same symptoms so think it's a lil ole bug or something)
I've been drinking plenty and consuming well until mid afternoon when the pains started with a vengeance. Tea time was worst time to eat, didn't feel bodily hungry just head hungry, and ate anyway.
Got very mixed messages from my body regarding hunger and not quite sure how to cope with it all which has got me down this week.
Still being naughty (I truly am a food addict, and emotional eater) and have been observing myself this week in an effort to try and identify my triggers.
I have a habitual mid afternoon sweet tooth. Not quite sure how to address this one. Will write it down for my appointment next month with the food psychologist, see if he can help with any plan of action.
Deffo a head hunger lady in the evenings, and the weekly weigh in is helping me to curb that as I was keen to see no gain on this weeks scales. As it is I have managed to stay the same this week, pretty good considering the week I've had
I've been to view another house today up the same street as the house I really love. It's a beggar to park up there!! The one we all loved doesn't want any pets. I've begged and asked if she would like a reference from previous landlords stating she is not a messy or smelly dog, or noisy for that matter. If she really doesn't want her there I may well be looking to rehome her, as all the places I've been to have said the same, no pets.
I understand it from the landlords point of view, just not relishing leaving my pooch with my sister.
Will have to rehome the rabbits too. anyone who wants two lop eared bunnies (apple and crumble) who are inseperable and love each other very much (they've been 'done') they are used to dogs. Don't tend to bite (honest Mazza lol) used to being handled, and love being in the garden chomping on the grass, lemme know
Weeble that's an amazing loss luvvie well done.
Sarah and Kat hope you are both feeling better soon xxx
