Jayney! So brilliant to hear about your plane experience first off...it's wonderful to feel natural and normal...little things like that really bring it home to you how much you are physically changing in a way that weighing yourself just can't do so well done!!! Hope you are back to normal with food soon xxxx
I have lost 8lbs in total in the last 2 weeks so this calorie counting and low fat business works pretty good so far. I also have had my treats on the weekend so I feel pretty optimistic so far...we shall see what happens this week I guess!
It really helps doing the diet with Dean so I recommend getting a diet buddy as it keeps your focus x
Rache, I am glad you came back to fill us in ...I have a few good hypnosis things...one for emotional eating, so let me know if you want me to share it with you as I would love to try and help you while you wait for some official support.
Hope we will all have a great week and Candy, Julie and Kat...lots of luck with your fills girls xxxxx
Big hugs x
Feeling hungrier this week...and soooo cold ! It's really hard to exercise when it's so chilly.
We are going to watch some more Biggest Loser to get us shamed onto the treadmill and rowing machine again!!
I have been using melba toast and light dutch crispbakes for lunch with a bit of light philadelphia and light choices (Tesco) ham...crikey that definately get's lodged in the pouch really well and has saved me a lot of calories during my new eating plan....just wanted to pass that on!
Can I ask Neen I was told by the dietician that the thin oatcakes and melba toasts I've been having with a light spread on are no good as they are crumbly like biscuits. I was told to have either crispbread or ryvita.... have you ever heard of this? I was gutted as I love the melba toasts and the thin oatcakes.
