Well I am just going to report that the mixed up tuna and light philadephia was quite yummy..I didn't add anything else to it but I guess you could if you fancied. Quite creamy and filling so I think I will have it often for a lunchtime spread.
It's 140 cals for the small tin of tuna in brine (drain it thoroughly) and 47 cals for a 30g serving of philadelphia. I used 2 lots of philly and the whole lot mushed together is 240 cals of which I had half...that covered 3 dutch crispbakes really generously! Hurrah...I love tuna
