Right, off to the gym I go :)

Just to update that gym went fine, really like it there, nice and relaxed but top of the range equipment. Also got a bowling alley, exercise studio, cafe and swimming pool too. Didn't get to do any real exercise as just induction and working a 11 hour shift tomorrow but Wednesday I shall get a proper work out in. Looking forward to it. I went to the cinema after and saw Sinister. I recommend it if you like scary films like me, It's the first one I've been scared from in a while. Probably a good date movie as I jumped out my seat lol. I had a couple of prawns and 2/3's of a veg and tuna mini sushi pack too today as my snacks, forgot to put them earlier :) x

Shelly, really pleased you got on so well at the gym. Got my induction on Saturday and am really nervous but looking forward to it. I am a huge horror film fan and went with my son on Saturday to see sinister, but didn't think it was that scary. Much prefer the paranormal activity films.

Glad to be back from hols, have missed you guys. I see we've had ups n downs all over the place. But good to see we're all still battling through it. Xxxx

You'll be fine at the gym Sarah, once you get over that first moment of going it's fine. That's funny you didn't find it scary as I really never get scared and it really did get in my mind. I guess it did have a few things that I find a bit scary anyway, I won't say what in case I ruin it for anyone but I think I prefer films like that to the paranormal activity films, probably because of the shaky cams on those make me feel a bit sea sick but saw the advert for no.4 today and that did look like it had some scary bits in it :) Glad you had a good holiday and congrat's again on your loss. I'm going away in 3 weeks and I bet I can't lose 12lb! lol. Amazing :) x

Will start to update my food diaries more now I have full internet access (reception at mams was awful).

Couple of new things I have managed lately, shredded crab meat with mayo and ryvita (yummy to both).

Also, been eating dairylea light spread but the other day I came accross Morrison's Eat Smart cheese spread - very nice and cheaper too and lower in fat as well

Good morning all!! Just catching up on all the posts.. Just got home from hospital. They only kept me in overnight, so not too bad. I'm still a bit woozy from the anaesthetic and the morphine, but just glad its over and I'm home safe and sound.. Chrisa, I had a pelvic floor repair 4 years ago, and they used a mesh to reinforce the repair. Well it has migrated through the tissues, and is very sharp and very painful!! So they have snipped out the bits of mesh they could see and stitched me up again, now just hoping that the rest of the mesh stays put, as if not they will want to do a full mesh removal, which is quite risky, so fingers crossed this is the end of it now..
Shelleymarie! so glad you enjoyed your induction.. It won't be long before you won't be able to imagine not going to gym I'll bet..
Chrisa,my heart goes out to you!! I hope you are feeling better today, believe me I know what it is like to be depressed, and maybe anti depressants would help if only short term just to get you through this stressful time. Maybe your GP could arrange some counselling, someone to talk it all through with! That can really help also.

Thanks mark.. xx

Glad to hear you are home and doing well Amanda. Take it nice and easy, hope you are back to normal soon x

Oh Chris, it really sounds like you aren't having a very nice time at the moment. We are here if you need to vent, I hope things can get sorted for you soon and if you are really struggling maybe seeing your GP is a good idea. Much love x
