Hey peeps hope you are all well :)

Breakfast - four melba toast, lf Philly, ten grapes
Lunch - pea,soya bean n broad bean salad, individual portion tuna, lf salad cream
Dinner - three quarters of an individual ww crustless quiche

Snack - raisins

Spin class done - knee held up fine :)
 
Sorry to hear you feel so sick paula! hope the bariatric team have got back to you by now. I had a lot of sickness in the early weeks, and they prescribed me cyclizine, which really did get rid of the sickness, but made me feel a bit drowsy, but certainly helped a lot..

I was feeling sick as I forgot to take my lanzoperazole. I feel such a numpty !

Morning everyone. Hope you are all well. I've weighed in a day early this week because I have a job interview tomorrow morning! and I was worried it weighing myself before, if I'd not lost it would mess with my head. This is my first proper interview I've had since I was 22 (10 years) so rather nervous and want to be focused. It's for the maternity cover for the receptionist job where I already do shift cover. Unsure of the hours yet but it will be at least 6 months of scheduled paid work so fingers crossed for me please. Anyway I lost a pound and I am pleased with that as it is moving in the right direction but still struggling with how much it's slowed down suddenly. Oh well we will see what a week at the gym does :)

Todays menu plans -
Breakfast - Soft boiled medium egg with one slice of toast.
Lunch - 1/3 of a asda good for you rf chicken and veg sizzler.
Dinner - Same a lunch.
Snack - hf cheese, 2 crackerbreads and 6 grapes.
 
Hey you were the one that told me that pound is a pound lost!!! So losing that pound is better than putting one on right!! you will probably find if you weigh yourself tomorrow after your interview you will have lost more anyway I'll bet.. I will keep my fingers crossed for you for the job, but you will breeze through the interview I'm sure. xxx

B - Mug of tea. 120g muller fat free Greek yogurt.
L - Cod in butter sauce, mash, peas, sweetcorn.
T - Cod in butter sauce, mash, peas, sweetcorn.
S - Milky coffee.

Usual drinks and 30 mins walking.

Hi all!! Hope everyones day went well... So glad you're feeling better Chrisa!! I feel perkier today than I did the last couple, and have stopped taking the oramorph, as it makes me feel so woozy. The hospital gave me some codeine also, so have just had a couple of them this afternoon instead. Need to try to be able to manage without painkillers soon, as have to go back to work on Friday, really can't afford to have anymore time off, I used up all my sick leave having the bypass...

L Healthy living lamb escallope 120gms & 80gm new pots
D 3 crackerbread, L/F philly, 50gm RedSalmon, Cucumber
S L/F Mouse
S Strawberries x 6

Protein 82gms - Calories 668 - Carbs 36.5 - Fat 17.5
Drinks - 25gm Protein shot - 1 litre NAS Squash - litre water - cup black coffee - 50ml prune juice
 
Thanks Amanda, I'm sooo nervous! Glad you are off the morphine, hopefully a couple more days and you will feel back to normal. Yep I'm happy with a pound. At least it is something after the stall. Hopefully it will pick up again soon xx
 
First post in a while.

late breakfast/lunch as had a lie in (been yet another traumatic few days as partner was admitted to hospital Monday night with abdominal pains which turned out to be severe gastroenteritis).

brunch - slice of wholemeal toast with lf spread and a poached egg
snack - banana, fromage frais
dinner - ww mexican chilli wedges (less the wedges)
snack - lf dairylea with ryvita

drinks - three large teas , one latte (after 43 years have discovered I like the taste of coffee)

Think we are planning on having a homemade veggie/quorn chicken curry at some point tomorrow

Think that's bigger than a small difference,big difference more like.

Dinner - pea,mint,edamame salad, two mozarella balls, two sundried toms

Snack - one homemade apple n cinnamon mini cupcake no frosting (made them for work again)
