bypass daily menu -

Well here is my list for yesterday


B---- ready break small bowl

L-- Yamato soup half a can

D---- tomato soup other half

Snacks 2 milky coffee 2 glasses of nas cordial
 
Yesterdays menu- start right n ss milk
Lunch - pea,broadbean,soya salad (think I'm a bit addicted), ten grapes
Dinner - mussels in ginger n chilli, chicken satay stick , one potato wedge, olives, small piece bread, (went for tapas with friends)


Treat - one small glass Bella modella wine (my fave) one shot southern comfort over ice

Thoroughly pissed on two drinks so had water for the rest if the night (about three large glasses)
 
Hi all after the week I have had Mayamoo I will be glad to be feeling like that. Your menu's are allways well ballanced and very healthy, plus the exercise. I am struggling ot fit exercise in at the moment with work committments. But me n hubby have done bout 8 mile today walking, so thats not too bad.

Today
B granola dry cuppa tea
S 10 grapes
L 1/2 breaded chicken burger 2 chips n spoon of peas.
S banana
D guna b pasta with broccoli n cheese
goin to friends tonight for drinks n she putting a finger buffet on, hopefully evrythin i don't like. haha xx

Lunch - one mashed egg, one krisproll, three baby gherkins
Dinner - slow cooked beef chilli with shredded white cabbage


My friends coming to stay so made a batch of white choc chip cupcakes will have half with her later n gift the rest to her. Have a lovely weekend peeps xx
 
Today's menu -
Breakfast - Be lite extra trimmed bacon, on 2/3's of a slice of bread.
Lunch - Went to a cafe and had egg's Benedict with smoked salmon but told them not to put any sauce on it. It was on a English muffin that I had half of. Completely stuffed with that, felt bad about carbs today.
Dinner - Prawn salad.

I'm going out tonight so with probably have a couple of glasses of wine. Not the best of days to be honest. Tomorrow will be better :) Have a nice night everyone.
 
Ohhh! love the sound of those white chocolate cup cakes maya!! I am also having a bad food/carbs day Shelleymarie. I had 2 small slices of hovis bread toasted and cut up into soldiers with 2 soft boiled eggs for my lunch, as I had missed breakfast and really was very hungry. Then I realised that 2 little slices of bread were 31 carbs!! Shant be doing that again, and the soft boiled eggs actually left me feeling a bit sick in truth. Had them at 1pm and still can't even think about food again yet without feeling queasy, so not a great choice..

Breakfast - Ham, mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of reduced sugar baked beans.
Lunch - Homemade Tesco healthy living rf lean beef and vegetable casserole. Half a cup of it.
Dinner - Will be the same as lunch.
Snack - A peach.

Better day today and feel better for it :)

B 2 BREAD STICKS WITH small piece of spread n small bit of jam to dip them in.
L PASTA with broccoli, strawberries
D 2egg omelette, onions n tomato did't eat it all

Lunch - chilli, steamed cabbage
Dinner - chilli steamed cabbage, two sm new pots

Snack - esamame beans, ten grapes, a meringue nest nibbled oner day with cups of tea!
 
b. weetabix with ss milk
l. tin ww tuna/sweetcorn/mayo with two ryvita thins
d. home made shepherds pie with carrot/swede mash brocolli caulli and plenty gravy

snacks - cheese triangle with crackers , fromage frais

drinks - three large lattes and one large tea

Gotta prep things for train tomorrow - off on travels again lol
 
Really not getting on with purée as well as I thought I would. Feel nauseous with most things.

B - 1/2 a weetabix with SS milk.
L - Home made parsley sauce, with 4 pellets of frozen mash.
T - 200g of oxtail soup. 4 pellets of frozen mash.
S - 100g of ski mousse.

Usual drinks and no exercise today. Not feeling well.
 
Sorry to hear you arent doing so great on the purees paula, but it's early days yet.. I felt sick a lot of the time early on, but it did clear up and eating became so much better once it did, so hopefully it will be the same for you. xx
