I know they didn't do any smaller I think I will get three meals out I'd the rest lol!!! Tasted amazing though!!
 
Just cannot cope still with beef, no matter how tender it is.

Can manage chicken , and at a push mince. Whereas quorn mince, chicken etc goes down much better.
 
I've only had steak a couple of times and I cut tiny very thin pieces I eat it rare too so its very tender and not fiberous - enjoyed it but the staff thought I hadn't enjoyed my meal!
 
It's strange how we are all so different in the foods that we can or cant tolerate.. I have been able to eat steak from six weeks out. Like maya I have it rare and always a good quality cut so it is very tender. I tend to have it quite often now as it is such a good low carb form of protein, fairly low in fat and very filling.
Well its weigh day today, and I've lost 3lbs so very happy with that.. Hopefully the doctor will sign me off fit to exercise soon then I can get back to the gym and that will help also. I've ordered myself a Wii console with the balance board and the fitness plus. I thought it would be a good way to keep fit on the horrible cold rainy days when running is out of the question..
 
Thanks chrisa!! It is so strange the way we eat the same but some weeks lose more than others....

S banana
L 1 dairy lea dunker, 2 small plums n a shape yoghurt
D 1 waffle oven cooked, mushrooms, tomatoes n bacon all oven cooked.
tea n water x

Well done on your weight loss Amanda :) I hope I can eat steak, as its one of my favourite goods.

Today's menu (purée)
B - 200ml diluted orange juice. 120g tub of muller Greek yogurt, lemon flavour.
L - Slow cooked gammon 50g, mash and parsley sauce.
T - Same as above.
S - Milky coffee.

Drinks.
Tea, coffee, NAS squash, water.
 
Dimond !! biltong is beef normally sirloin, dried with herbs and spices. It is south african, and I order it from a south african shop online.. It is just really low fat but high protein and just a lovely snack...

Well, another 3lb loss this week

b. weetabix with ss milk
l. jacket pot with spinach and mushroom korma (Food court at meadowhall sheffield)
d. wholemeal toast with beans (ate about half the beans only)

snacks , dairylea dunkers , ryvita with dairylea
drinks - water , tea , a large latte in Starbucks

A late good evening to you all. Hope you are well. Just got in from a nice catch with a friend after work. The last time she saw me was a month a go and she said she can really see a difference in just a month so that was good. I do wonder how I will cope when the weight loss stops and I don't get compliments all the time lol :D Congrat's on the loses this week :)

Todays menu -
Breakfast - Ham and a plum.
Lunch/dinner - It was bagel day at work and lately I've been saying no but thought I'd try one today. I had hot salt beef with mustard and a dill pickle. I had half for lunch and half for dinner. It was extremely filling but nice to have very occasionally.
Snack - 2 cracker breads, half fat cheese and 2 small pickle onions.

Right off to bed as I've been roped into doing an early morning tomorrow :( Have a good weekend everyone :) x
