bypass daily menu -

Hope you are all well.

My menu today -
Breakfast - Ham and a plum.
Lunch - Salmon fillet and king prawn homemade curry. Fat free Greek yoghurt, low fat creme fraiche, mushrooms, mild curry powder, garlic, ginger, coriander and skimmed milk.
Dinner - Same as lunch.
Snack - 2 crackers and 2 pickle onions.

I've stopped meat purée for the last two days and I haven't felt sick. Maybe my body isn't ready for meat yet? I have enjoyed the inside of a jacket potato with cheese today, so at least I've got some protein in. I'm running out of ideas though :-/

D STEW,1 v small dumpling, carrots,potato,parsnip,leek, turnip and steak cooked very tenderley, enjoyed it.

water n tea

I am so busy I have not got time to drink at work its becoming a problem, I have only had 3 cups guna have to have water when I come in on an evening, my water is like tea without milk(TMI). XX
 
Does anyone know how accurate the wii fitness plus programme is at weight measurement?? It arrived today and I had to set it up and it weighs you etc . Well it weighed me 3lbs lighter than my scales and would love to know if it is more accurate, as that would be great.. Ive set my goals on it, and did 25 minutes of aerobic jogging and boxing, and then 30 mins of strength training and yoga. Absolutely shattered now, but really feel like I have worked out definitely.. But as I was excercising, I just kept thinking "why oh why couldnt I have done all this without having to have surgery"!!!! I get so cross with myself sometimes..

I think with me I just manage it out of sheer desperation, as I don't have anyone to do it for me anymore, and far too proud to ask anyone for help, so have to get my brain round it, or it wouldn't get done I suppose.. Really hoping though that it is accurate regarding weighing you, that would be a lovely bonus......

B - mug of tea 15g of porridge with milk.
L - 1/2 small jacket potato with cheese.
T - 200g of oxtail soup.
S - ski strawberry mousse.

Drinks
Tea, coffee, NAS squash, water. 30 mins of walking at a leisurely pace.
 
Breakfast - start right n ss milk
Lunch - two crabsticks, smoked salmon, two baby beetroot, cuecumber
Dinner - small piece baked white fish, baked sweetcorn, two tsp sweet chilli sauce

Snack - three quarters mini breadroll


Corporate event at work today (free bar!) Met an awesome (and very gorgeous) Paralympic athlete who gave a motivational speech which gave me goosebumps - amazing.
Also met colleagues that haven't seen me since last year so lots of lovely compliments :)

May thats great see in people who you havent seen for a while they see a big difference. As I came home tonight from work a young girl my sons age said hi as usual when I see her, she said my friend n I have just been saying how well you look and how nmuch weight you have lost. I told her I had had the op n she asked how much I had lost I told her n she said she had to go back over the road to her mates n tell her there and then I went home n she disappeared back into her friends house. weird isn't it. xx
 
Congratulations dimond!! brilliant weight loss!! and maya sounds like you had a fantastic day!!! Hows the nausea now paula? Is it any less yet?
 
I haven't felt sick since I stopped eating puréed meat two days ago. I don't think my body is ready for it yet. I'm going to try some fish tomorrow, and see what happens. Fingers crossed eh? :)
 
Breakfast - Half a sachet of original Oats so Simple porridge made with SS milk and a sprinkling of muesli.

Lunch - The insides of a chicken and mushroom pie, (loads of chicken) 1 caulie floret, 3 pieces of courgette, 2 teaspoons mash. Tiny piece of homemade bakewell tart and custard (I hate chef at work)

Dinner - 1 chicken thigh casseroled as coq au vin with root veg. Half a very small new potato.

Snack - 1 light babybel 2 Jacobs cheese thins.
