Hey guys n girls, how are the first few days of 2013 going for you??

B- three scrambled egg whites, blob ketchup
L- sm salmon, asparagus, cuecumber, lf Philly, wholemeal melba toast
D- lamb, baby corn, sugar snaps
S- 1/3 caramac bar

Lots of free fluids :)
 
Ver well thank Mayamoo back to work on Monday well until last day of March that will be my last day so am job hunting. Hope this is goin gto be my year. Oh n forgot to say my daughter is looking ot get married now possibly between now and April if they can sort it. We were out n about last weekend and we were in debenhams she found a lovely wedding dress long and ivory and half price, she has her bridesmaid shoes which match it so won;t need shoes and has bought herself a mock fur jacket to match looking at going to Scotland. Then think honeymoon wise will be out in Nigeria staying with family as his parents are not in good health to fly here. So think its guna be a fast few months . xxx

Hope you had a good day. I've lost 2lb this week. Finally going down again, just hope it keeps up. Doing my best to make it happen.

Breakfast - Diet protein shake.
Lunch - Home made chicken and veg soup.
Dinner - Chicken, green beans and baby corn.
Snack - Mini babybel light.
 
Evening all, here's my menu for today. I went out for a colleauges leaving luch today and i'm happy to reoprt I can stil enjoy thai curry :) Well done Shelley on your 2lb loss :)

B - WW Greek yogurt and grapes.
L - Half portion of beef panang, no rice.
T - 50g of slow roast pork, tsp potato, swede, carrot & gravy.
S - Sugar free jelly made with milk.

Drinks - Water, tea, coffee, nas squash.
Exercise 45min walk with my patient.

snack: 4 water biscuits + 1oz blue cheese

Bit late but my menu for Thursday.
B 12g readybrek with 100 ml ss milk and tsp cinnamon
L 1/2 small tin macaroni cheese with 20g cheese
D less than a tablespoon of home made corned beef hash
S lf hummus and nas jelly made with ss milk and added marvel 2 peach slices
All pureed. Can't wait to try lumps

B: diet protein shake with added marvel, 100g strawberries & half banana.
L: 3 ryvita crackers, lf Philly & 100g boiled ham.
D: inside of 1/4 homemade pie with gammon, stuffing and potato.
S: 1 shortbread biscuit
1 banana
50g yogurt covered raisins

Kcal: 1139, protein: 78g, carbs 170g.
Way too high with carbs today.

1hr aerobics class.

Today's menu;

B: 1/2 slice wholemeal toast with 2 egg whites scrambled.
L: missed. Naughty I know but I was busy and forgot.
D: chicken and veg stir fry
S: 2 moam sweets
Will also have a diet protein shake later to make up for missing lunch.

Kcal: 673, protein: 79g, carbs: 71g.

Hi everyone!!! Well I had a lovely lunch yesterday with Penny and Cheryl (pandora) They are both of them an inspiration as they look fantastic!!! I went to my work afterwards to buy some grocerys and my colleague insisted on taking a picture of me, and when I saw it I had to put it beside a before picture of me and even I can see an enormous difference now. I have attached it as wanted you all to see the difference!! And the highlight of that lunch was finding out that I could now cross my legs without any difficulty whatsoever, I honestly nearly cried! such a little thing and yet for me such a very big milestone.. So even though I have only managed to lose 1lb this week I am still very happy, and can't wait to get rid of the rest of excess weight in the new year to come.. xxx

Oh my goodness Amanda that is a wonderful difference, you must be so pleased, and you can see from the pics today and the pics you posted on New Year's Eve that your confidence is soaring. Well done and I'm sure 2013 will be an amazing year for you.xxxx

Breakfast - Cottage cheese.
Lunch - Tuna and lf cheese salad with a tiny bit of extra light mayo.
Dinner - Salmon, spinach and phily extra light.
Snack - Grapes.

Hope you have a good weekend everyone. I'm hoping to go see my friends baby who was born yesterday. Little girl, Hadley Aurelia, 8lb 8oz! She is beautiful, can't wait to meet her but it's going to make me so broody lol. Have a good one x
 
Amanda looking fabulous girl, everyone is changing as they post new pictures its difficult to see it in ourselves when we do its amazing, keep up the good work everyone. That meet yesterday Amanda will keep you going till you have another one I really enjoy ours no one wants to go home n we only have tea/coffee nothing else just take up all of there space and make lots of noise xx
 
Tasha I'm a comfortable 12 the dress is just a fluke!

Dinner - had a first week back at work survivors dinner at my fave tapas restaurant i ate steamed mussels with ginger and chilli, tempura king prawns with batter removed n chilli jam, one piece satay chicken
Snack - fresh oj, four choc buttons, tea, NAS juice n water
