Weight loss definately slowing down now, losing on average 1lb a week and two more pound will be an 11 stone loss.

Scarily fitted into a size 36" waist jeans at the weekend, a little snug but still never thought I would ever fir into them considering was a 54" in June

Anyone else whose weight has started to plateau out notice they are feeling more hungry, or is it just me?

Retfordmag - how inspiring!

I was bold today and got myself a 12 month swimming membership at our local leisure centres. I have always loved swimming, but the bigger I got the more ashamed I was to show my rolls. I'm getting to an age now where I dont give a damn what others think, so I've committed myself to swimming 2-3 times a week. All part of making the most of my post-op life. I swam about half a mile, and felt fantastic.

Todays menu:

B: 1/2 small can of baked beans and 2 slices wafer thin ham.
S: Actimel
S: 1/2 protein bar (yuk! - but good post swim).
L: Beef chilli, cheese and sour cream.
D: Homemade Chicken, leek and potato soup.
S: 2 Melba, 2 Cheese Ts

Drinks: 4 decaf coffees, 1.2ltrs weak NAS ribena

Borogirl, I still spend on coffees even in work lol

Paula that's unreal. Well done.

retfordmag - I now take nice coffee into work to curb the spending. For now coffee has become my only vice! But I have cut down and order a small black Americano in a medium cup so it can be watered down to reduce how much caffeine I have.

Thank you my lovely :)

Well done Paula and Mark. Fantastic news for both of you :)

My menu today.
Breakfast - 2 slice of pork and some grapes.
Lunch - Tomato and lean bacon salad.
Dinner - Home made chicken and mushroom soup - wasn't keen on this, mushrooms go a bit funny when you puree them.
Snack - low fat crisps and olives.

I seem to have more of an appetite lately but find I get full up quicker again but I must say my roast duck yesterday was wonderful. Must have that again. Not too bad as long as you take all the skin off and fat layer and the blot with kitchen roll. Very tasty. Hope everyone in your house feels better soon Chrisa. Take care everyone xx
