Busy doing food prep for next 2 days....
Steamed chicken, baby corn, fine beans and two wedges homemade paprika sweet potato wedges #eatclean :)

I'm in healthy weight range although id like to lose up to another half stone to be bang in the middle :)
 
Think I'm going to have to put the scales away for a week or two, they are making me sad, lol. I used to feel that way when I was putting on, now I just feel I'm not loosing enough. Crazy I know, as I'm pretty consistently losing.

B: Summer fruit and yoghurt smoothie.
S: Small frappechino
L: Spicy chicken noodle soup.
S: Babybel light.
D: Roast pork with carrot and gravy.
S: 10g Square 90% dark chocolate.

2 Coffees, 1 tea, and 1.5 litres water.
 
Some fab menus and lots of ideas. Well done May your weight loss is fantastic. Were you slim as a child? When did you start putting weight on. Personally I was always overweight. i WAS SIZE 18 at school and was still when I left, thankfully now i am back there so its the lowest really I can expect, 16 would be lovely but may be pie in the sky. I was a 32 at the start x

I was always slim up until I had a massive car accident, nearly killed all of us, after I struggled and within two years doubled in weight....always had food issues though binging, purging, tablets, laxatives, starving....done it all......
 
That must have been terrible, sorry to make you relive that. I am nosy. YOu are doing absolutely brilliantly I am pleased you have come a full circle and fought your way through it all well done. xx
