bypass daily menu -

Todays food been a naughty day for some things. Whateva I eat I seem to have hot flushes wether its sweet or not. These are no ordinary hot flushes I am ablsolutely soaking when they come on my legs back under my hair under my bust the lisks of my legs bit like dumping without any pain.

Still full of cold and appetite is gone.
Breakfast - 3 chedders with cheese and pickle
Lunch - mouthful of carrot and swede mash and mouthful of stuffing
Tea - going to have small portion of shepherds pie
No snacks
Trying to drink but feel its keeping me full today.
Costa with the girls tomorrow so I need to pick myself up!

Hey all, don't normally post my food diary but thought I'd start as I've hit a plateau & think this might focus me :)
B - 2 eggs scrambled (plain) w toms & mushrooms
L - 4 seafood sticks, 4 cherry toms, 30g wafer thin chicken & muller strawberry greek style
D - rosemary chicken with oven roast veg
S - 1/2 pack fruit salad, 2 seafood sticks & babybel
Drinks - coffee, flat dc
Also using MYFP to monitor cals & protein :)

B - Greek yogurt with grapes & strawberries.
L - Home made tandoori chicken.
T - Chicken fajita without the tortilla, with salsa, Greek yogurt & cheese.
S - Bacon sandwich made with warburton thin.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, nas still flavoured water.
 
Breakfast - one weetabix ss milk
Lunch- salad,slice ham
Dinner- salad, boiled egg, slice ham,
Snacks- 3/4 banana, 10 grapes, packet hoops n crosses, ten mint m&ms
Water n tea
 
B: Bonbel cheese and 30g lean corned beef.:
L: 60g Corned beef.
S: Medium skinny latte.
S: 2 breakfast biscuits and 2 cheeseTs
D: Roast chicken with a little mayo and coronation rice.

Fluids 3 litres.
 
HI all well am going to my daughters bout 3.30 todya sop won't be back on till this evening will use her laptop saves carrying mine.

MY SON IN LAW IS Nigerian so likes to cook native foodstuff, his favourite is cow leg and intestine with rice n veg. Bleugghhhh can't even think bout trying that and she says he gets his chicken form the African shop still has feathers on sometimes. She is getting our Chicken from Tesco, but said would try the African noodles and he buys allsorts of fruit n veg, some of which i have never had before. Hope my little pouchy can take it. Tomorrow I am guna meet up with some of the Sunderland peeple at the local Wilkinsons Coffee shop, so that should be nice cos have never met them, only spoke to them on here. xxx

B 100g yoghurt with 1tsp of agave nectar and two(69g) strawberries mixed in. Yum
L Ham,30g cheese and 10g pickle
D Ham and 2 babybel light
S Pineapple
S Frazzles(naughty but yummy)

Drinks volvic water

Today
B Same as yesterday
L 10g pickle,35g cheese and 2 chedder biscuits
D 100g chicken
S None
S Maybe later

Drinks 1 litre of volvic NAS

S - grapes
L - 4 seafood sticks, red pepper, 4 cherry toms & babybel. SF Jelly
D - 1/2 stuffed aubergine w/tiny side salad & squirt of light salad cream
S - grapes & ham
Still not drinking enough, I really hate squash now so end up living on coffee/tea & flat dc

Hiya, I made it myself with normal vanilla protein shake powder, skimmed milk, tsp cocoa powder & tsp of peanut butter. It's about 200cals but has nearly 30g of protein! Just don't do what I did & use crunchy peanut butter... it makes for a... erm... crunchy finish!!! lol x
 
Groan, awful day clutch went on car on way to work, was rescued by two amazing policemen and eventually a tow truck!.....was so grateful they showed up drivers have no hazard awareness perception and I thought I was going to get wiped out!
Also dropped my mobile and smashed the screen....pd climbing into a tow truck in a size 8 pencil skirt and heels was not my finest hour, policeman opened door for me and I was MORTIFIED!!

OH well fingers crossed not too costly!
 
Hi all. The sun is out!
Breakfast -
Lunch - yummy stir fry healthy with chicken, really nice
Dinner- salmon with carrot and swede mash
Snacks - 2 baby bel light
Been to costa with friends and cleaned up as starting to feel a bit better. Mega ironing pile to get through. A woman's work is never done! Not lost anything for well over a week
Got lots of nice jersy dresses and tops in Tesco half price sale. Bought size 18. I live in hope. Can easily get into 20s now and my knee length boots fasten up again! Not been able to get into them for 3 years plus! Am 16 stone 6 at min. Would love up be under 14 stone for August as I am a bridesmaid.

I searched t'internet last night for recipes but I've also ordered some samples from myprotein to get some flavour variety :) x
 
If you got the chocolate orange try it as a hot chocolate before bed. Omg- yum!

S: 1/2 Atkins bar
D: 1/2 (60g) gammon medallion and tbsp parmeter potatoes.
S: 70g 0% greek yogurt, with 3 strawberries.

2 large coffees and 2 litres nas squash. Went swimming today.
 
Beautiful day our end today.

B: 1 sausage and 1/2 small can beans.
L: Poached egg and 1/2 small can beans.
S: Summer fruits and Greek yoghurt smoothie.
D: Spicy chicken noodle soup.
S: 100g Greek yoghurt with 3 strawberries.

1 tea, 2 coffees, and 1.5 litres squash.
