Hi all back from my daughters at teatime, had bit of fun and met up with some nice peeps from another local wls group. WEather lovely but cool for me.

Lunch - 2 cracker bread and 1 Jacobs cracker with garlic cheese on it. Threw up a bit. I think it is crackers as the only other time I have been sick was with a cracker about 5 weeks ago
Tea - WHY DID I DO THIS? Cornflake cake home made. I was in a cooking feat today and cooked a chicken and a beef joint before 9am!
Feel sick ish.
I know I haven't eaten alot but need to be better.
Drinking boiled water for my tummy to settle.

Not such a good day today protein wise so must try harder tomorrow to get it back up. See my dietician in a couple of weeks for my two year check and don't want any lectures!
Unfortunately up a pound or two! I set myself a safety maintenance mode of 9st 6 to 9st 13 and today I am 9st 10 which is still well within my range, but I would rather be nearer the 9st 6, so need to get myself sorted and cut out some of the sugars!
Can I suggest that when you're trying to lose you cut the carbs to one meal a day? So instead of bread maybe try a salad and instead of granola try eggs? Then have your carbs and your sweet treat in the evening.

Well I got back from holiday Wednesday and I'm down 4 pounds already....eating well but struggling to keep things in system....I think I brought back a Mexican tummy bug
My menu so far today, I am having too many carbs again just boredom not enough to occupy my mind till new job starts.

Here's my menu for today. Lost another 3lb this week, so I'm happy. I'm with you on the carbs thing chrisa. I've had to really stop myself from over indulging in them this week.

L- salad (lettuce,cue,tom,red onion,olive,red pepper) grilled plaice (ate half a sideplate)
D- garlic n herb chicken (steamed) steamed baby corn and French beans, dip made with fage n raw garlic
S- if I have one it will be a sugarfree jelly with pineapple pot

Hi. Odd day due to being at Rugby 3 hours, then to A&E with sons friend!
