bypass daily menu -

Oooh its a fav of my husband. He especially loves it as he gets a portion to take to work the next day. I had only had about 75g, but was so nice and filling.

I cut a couple baking potatos into small cubes and par boil them. Meanwhile I fry some onions, when they have gone soft I mix them together with the potato in an oven dish. Then I add a tin of mixed beans (morrisons do them in tomato juice - yum) and the corned beef which I also cube. I dont mix it too much as I dont like mush, lol. Then I cover the top with 3 different types of grated cheese (cheddar, double Gloucester, and red Leicester) but just cheddar works great too. Put it in the oven for 20 mins on 200 degrees.

Today i have had:
First Thing: Lemon and Hot water
B: Half a weetabix with SS Milk
Mid am S: Nothing
Lunch: 3 mouthfuls of Chicken and Mushroom Carbonara
Mid Pm Snack: a couple of walnuts, a couple of slices of ham and a miniture cathedral city cheese
D: Tuna Salad

Water Throughout the Day

I dont normally eat pasta and bread becuase it makes me very full up, but im a nursery manager and the cook at the nursery usually makes me lunch and this is what she had made today so i ate 2 mouthfuls of the pasta and just ate the chicken and mushrooms. Its cook having your meals cooked by the nursery though as nothing is fried, oil is used sparingly and no salt either.

Hi been back on track today.
Breakfast - small bowl fruit and fibre skimmed milk
Lunch - chicken drumstick and coleslaw
Tea - fish in breadcrumbs with coleslaw
Plan to have an instants hot choc later.
1 hour walk, plus coffee and juice.

L 4 mini quorn scotch eggs and a tsp salad cream
D Half a protein bar
S The other half of bar and 200ml of nas milkshake

Not had much drink today about half a litre
 
Another busy day. Swimming, then over to Bluewater to meet a friend for lunch. Then up to work to discuss my return to work, and catch up with everyone.
Popped into Asda on the way home, babybels on offer, net of 12 for £2, so stocked up.

B: Banana and yoghurt smoothie.
L: Chili chicken wrap from Leon. Ate the chicken and salad filling and left the wrap.
S: Costa Skinny iced cappuccino.
S: Babybel.
D: 1/4 quiche (no crust) and 2 pieces fresh ravioli with ricotta.

2 Mugs of coffee, 2 litres water.

NICE LONG WALK TODAY, COLD N WILD BUT NICE IN THE SUN. ALL WASHING DRIED. BOUT 5 MILE THEN WALKED ROUND THE TOWN HAD OUR LUNCH N CAME HOME.
 
Hi all,
Breakfast - skinny small Hot choc in costa
Lunch - 2 egg omelette with small amount of cheese and 2 mushrooms and a squirt of tomato sauce
Tea - 2 chicken drumsticks and I am ashamed to say a small burger (from the inside of a MacD burger) that my son has just left. Didn't touch the bread, but don't know why I did it as I was OK with the chicken drumsticks.
Think I maybe going a bit meat overload.
Snack - none yet but going to have some strawberrys and a babybel light later tonight.
Drinks - costa coffee, and water. I am sure my daily costa black coffee has prevented the bowel problems I experienced on lighter life!
Aside from the burger slip up, I feel great and starting to receive loads of nice compliments. My old clothes that I haven't been able to wear feel lovely, and I don't feel as if I stand out anymore. I can easily get into a 20, and weighed 16stone 2 this morning. Cant wait to be into the 15s!
 
Hey all.
My Menus today:
First Thing: Hot water with a slice of Lemon
Breakfast: 2 mouthfuls of a banana (Stuffed!!)
Lunch: (Hangs head in shame) 4 KFC Hot wings..i know i know, i was greedy and ate all 4 and it maded me sick - Lesson learnt!!
Dinner: Proberly not much becuase i dont feel overly hungry, possibly a slice of ham and some cheese??
Snack:Going to the pub tonight so ill have a J20 on the rocks!! Wahoo my life is rocking!!! LOL

Today i have not had much to drink been overly busy at work.

Swimming first thing this morning, then 4 miles walk after lunch. Feeling a bit down. I think its because my clothes are getting uncomfortable, but cant find anything I like enough to buy.

B: 1 breakfast biscuit, WW yoghurt and babybel light.
S: Protein bar.
L: 70g chicken with a ricotta and yoghurt dressing.
S: Small cafe latte. Babybel light
D: 2 fish fingers, spoonful bbq beans.
S: 25g cheddar.

2 mugs coffee, 2 mugs tea & 2 litres water. I'm thirsty today - my mugs contain 500ml so that's 4 litres already!
 
Hi all, hope you all have a lovely weekend. Here's my menu for today.

B - Fage with grapes & strawberries.
L - Tandoori chicken.
T - Steak, 1 1/2 cassava fries, green salad (at Las Iguanas)
S - Fage with grapes & strawberries.

Drinks - tea, coffee, water, nas still flavoured water.
 
Breakfast - melba, lf Philly, ten grapes on top - two melba Percy was grumbling
Lunch - m&s tuna n veg wrapped in mooli (1/2 portion) spoonful yoghurt
Dinner - spoon lf chicken dopiaza, 1/4 small chapati, spoon rice - Percy pouch did not like
Snack - half banana, half apple
Cals approx 700 need to get them up, still losing lots ( six n half pounds since the 18th) and an eight in any shop is a little too easy to get on for my liking...feel half happy half like I'm struggling lots of foods make me feel sick or don't stay down.....

Just keep working at it you have come such a long way absolutely fabulous xx:)
